The room was not at all like the pictures they uploaded. You can use the wifi but only outside the room because there is no network inside the rooms neither your phone network nor the wifi

The ambiance of the resort is good. It is 5 mins away from seashore.

Breakfast was not ready even after 8 am. The kitchen is very unhygenic, and the food served was tasteless. Management service was not good.we had an electric car, but electricity was going on/off, so car did not charge.

The owner strongarmed me onto his moped and took me to another hotel to photograph it (because I carried a good camera) and then left me there for awhile, demanded more pictures and then tried to get me to go to other places, I got him to take me back in the end. He then texted me daily until I sent him the pictures. When I left a bad review on Google he tried calling me and texting me with no end for a day until I blocked him.

First time in Kashid.. nightmarish!

I would really prefer if this was being read by the right person. I had booked three rooms for one night i.e 20th January- check out was on 21st January.My parents took one room and my cousins took the second one. Me, my wife and my son were in the third room.That night, I noticed that my son was scratching his legs profusely. At first, I thought it was the mosquitoes, but the mosquito repellent was on and I couldn’t see any. So I consoled him and got him to sleep again. But then again later into the night, he was up, scratching his entire body. This is when we decided to check the bed. We were surprised to see that the bed was infected by all size of bed bugs. We were shocked to see that in the corners where the bedsheet was tucked in, there were so many of them. By 3:30 am, we were tired of killing them and the bedsheet had so many blood spots on it. This is when we decided that we should take our son to the second room where my parents were sleeping. In the middle of all the scratching and killing, we tried so many times to get hold of the person who was at the reception. It was past midnight and there was no one to be found till 4 AM & no way to reach them at all.It is a beautiful property from the outside, but the rooms are not at all well kept. So I am bringing this to your attention that you are not doing a good job at managing this property. And you should be ashamed that you are charging so high for such rooms. I had already paid for all the three rooms, and even though we complained about the bugs, the guys there weren’t bothered to even apologise. It was all in all a horrible experience.

Location, cleanliness, polite staff and food

Lacks of facility like play area for kids, board games or swimming pool.

The pictures are over glamed up. The reality is different. We stayed in room which was not at all looking like pictures. The bathroom had broken exhaust, which meant all bathroom smell used to come in main roomThe prices were jacked up due to diwali and we paid 6000 per night. This is what you pay to a five star property in main city. I was not expecting 5 star service but least a comfortable room and good mattress.The food quality is average and thankfully it was not over priced. Overall, this property needs a lot of improvement to stay is business.

Very uncomfortable stay…

1. Property is located around 1.6 km from the main beach but in booking.com it is wrongly advertised as 300 m.2. AC not working at all. Very badly managed property.3. We had ordered for bread omelette in the morning breakfast. The bread was very old with fungus on it. Very bad unhealthy food.4. Walls of the room was not painted for long time… the wall chips were falling off..5. The cost of the room was around 6500 per night but it was not even worth for Rs. 10006. Booking.com should verify the properties before empaneling them for the offerings they claim.

They helped in removing the lizards. The resort had an army of lizards everywhere... Creepy ... I understand that the location will have unwanted creature around but this wasn't just bz of the locality but bz the cleanliness was zero.

The rooms are not like the way they are shown in the site. Cleanliness not that great. The staffs were helpful but we had to tell them everything even the basic thing like to keep the toiletey in the washroom. Food wasnt that great in taste and fish and prawns not cleaned well, wasnt fresh either.

Misleading, not worth it.

Misleading information. Deluxe room with Balcony has no balcony, they tell you to consider the corridor next to reception as balcony.

Staff was good, polite but you can call it a lodge instead of resort. No such facilities and luxuries like a resort.

Very poor

This is not resort...no garden area as it pets frndly but there no place where your furry baby and your kids roam around. Room also not good as we booked premium room. Its very over priced and looks like some shady place where all the staff staring you. Note: Don't book this property to see the photos...its completely different.

Not as shown the staff working there doesn't even knows the rooms booked for the date and every 5 mins he says I'll call and confirm not at all worth it its not a resort its like a abandoned bungalow taken on lease for business. It says resort and Cafe no Cafe is situated there

staff was friendly

There is no balcony in the room. bed and blanket was not good. no towel, soap, glass or tissue paper was provided!!!

Location was good

The room detail said "with balcony" but it's a hoax as there is no attached balcony in the rooms. Even the view was covered from the front by a tarpaulin sheet, cleanliness also not upto the level. Lastly, the resort name suggests cafe in it, however leave aside cafe there's not even a restaurant to sit and eat inside. Kashid is mesmerizing but the only spoiler for me was thus resort in the entire trip.

Was not even informed that Beach is closed, had we known would have cancelled trip.We even asked how far is beach.

Room conditions not good. Service is very poor. Food is so much pathetic
