Although not far from the city center, I generally don't like hotels close to railway stations.

Location

FURIOUS at the 7 euro charge to park a bicycle. Hotels all over France are seeking Accueil Velo certification, and this place can’t buy even a cheap bike rack? Ridiculous.

Next to the railway station and walking distance to the center of the city

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for the week.

Was just infront of the train station. Breakfast was good. Clean and comfy rooms.

Staff was speaking only french. However with the help of google translate we finished our stay without any problem. Hotel carpark was full. So we parked to the carpark of train station just across to hotel.

On arrival we were put in a room that obviously hadn’t been cleaned, sheets in a ball on bed, pizza boxes left, towels on floor.After telling receptionist we were put in another room, the door card didn’t work,after two more trips down lift to tell her ,to her credit she sorted out the problems, but not what you expect on arrival. Will not book again.

The I did not like the food at the restaurant and the price for breakfast too expensive.

Clean, friendly, good location

Very convenient position, just at side of the railway station. Internal parking, super useful. Friendly staff, well furnished rooms. The restaurant of the hotel is offering delicious food, really good quality. Good breakfast.

Easy to find. Comfortable beds.

The restaurant was closed on a Saturday night and we arrived fairly late. The bar was closed as well but the receptionist opened it so we could have a drink. Our room was not serviced correctly. A small amount of toilet paper, one tea bag, milk and coffee. However, the receptionist provided us with more of these. Dirty sticky rings on the side table of the bed.

Great location, good beds. Friendly staff.We loved that the windows had decent shutters.

The breakfast was a bit limited.

Staff so nice and helpful

The address using Garmin sat nav says that the hotel is on the main road. It is actually about 500M further up a side road. A sign for the hotel from the main road would be extremely helpful.

Really friendly staff. Great location just two. minutes from the station. Room was comfortable and extremely quiet. Only a five minute walk into Limoges.

For some reason the cold water taps only delivered luke warm water.

The staff were consistently friendly helpful and professional. I was in difficulty as I had missed my plane and lost some luggage. They helped me to feel safe and helped me many times.

The restaurant was closed and it was difficult to find food nearby

The staff and the hotel facilities were excellent. Breakfast was good, lots of coffee and croissants, along with a hot breakfast if required. Cereal and a variety of yoghurt and fruits.

Nice location easy to get to from motorway plenty to do and see within walking distance.

The stay was comfortable room and above expectations. Everything in place for a very pleasant stay. I wished I had more time to spend there. The sweet at the meal was excellent.

Nothing wrong with the property but the food. Salad with the starter and main was very tired. It should not have been used. I told the waitress after the first course but the second course still had the same limp brown lettuce.

Very easy to find with great underground parking for the bikes, rooms were very spacious and clean, had a great restaurant with lovely food, Breakfast was well laid out with plenty of choice, staff were very helpful and freindly.

Could not fault it.

The location to the old & historic town was perfect and the main train station was opposite, the reception staff (Kevin) were great, very helpful and spoke perfect English. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was ok.The restaurant was nice and again the staff were great (can’t remember the names) we had dinner twice due to the weather and it was fine but the menu was a little limited.

On the last morning we were unable to have breakfast as a large group had taken over the breakfast room with no available tables and a queue surrounding the buffet, we had a very long drive ahead of us and didn’t have time to wait, if your catering for large groups then a separate room would be helpful as it was the night before
