B&B HOTEL Limoges Centre Gare

Lighting in room was exceptionally good for a hotel. I actually commented on it to roommates. Beds comfortable. Front desk staff helpful and could make recommendations. Breakfast was good. Property clean and comfy. Good value. The hotel is located right by the Limoge train station. If you turn your head to the left when you get into the train station, the hotel is maybe about 30ft away and so you just walk across, there is a path. Do not go up stairs, just walk across.

There is no signage at the train station to let you know that the hotel can be accessed just by getting off the train and walking left towards car park/ bus park right by the train and you get to the hotel in a literal 5 minutes. Not knowing that my daughter and I walked all the way around, got lost about twice and got there in about 45minues. The hotel explained that they are not allowed to place a sign a train station to let customers know about the direct route. Pity that needs to be fixed. Shower enclosure in bathroom not fixed so bathroom got wet. On the other hand, the bathroom looks like it could be for special accessibility.

The location was perfect, the beds were comfy, but the best part was the woman who checked us in. She had the best customer service!

A simple Hotel at the train & bus station. Room was not large, however, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice. As Limoges is a small city, we can walk to the city center easily.

It would be great if they have tea & coffee service in the room.

This hotel continues to deliver 100+ %. We have stayed here many times as it is right next to the train station and it is also perfect for us in every respect: Location, super clean, very well equipped and up-to-date facilities, modern with large tv's, very friendly and accommodating staff, quiet rooms, fast check-in, and a great breakfast, all at a reasonable price.

Maybe 1 or 2 English speaking tv stations.

They even produced an early breccy for me as I was on a 0600; train to paris

Good hotel to sleep one night after a long trip! Breakfast is also delicious. Supermarkets around the hotel in a walking distance!

Amazing location right next to the beautiful train station. The lady at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable.

Location right next to rail station and close.to.city center and the big cathedral.! Comfortable beds and good shower..all.functioning well

The room is small and at this time, air conditioner is not on,.so it was warm and stuffy. We could use a fan and the window was locked

GPS sends you up a dead end where you can see the hotel but not access it with a vehicle.

Very well organized friendly staff; Alwine was excellent. We did had to change rooms because was too hot and they made it easy. Breakfast is awesome for €8.90 !!

You can’t control the room temperature due to air conditioning off systemwide

Second time I've stayed here and I'll definitely be back. It's clean, comfortable and safe for a solo traveler, it's also conveniently located right next to the train station.

The receptionist, Arwain( I hope I've spelt it correctly), could not have been more helpful. You must do the Petite Train to see the old city and learn about it's history

Really convenient for the main train and bus stations. Short walk to the city centre.Room was spotless and the bed very comfortable.Lovely continental breakfast.Real value for money!

Easy check in/out. Convenient location. Easy access to rooms (via keypad codes) so didn’t have to worry about carrying key.Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking outside or underground parking for a fee.Dog friendly - though, limited green spaces to walk nearby (other than park opposite station which was in use as fairground during Christmas weeks).

No lift working. Luckily we were given a G/F room on request. But the only room available was on the ground floor at street level - so couldn’t open window at night. Coffee via vending machine only (quality and size for 1.50€ was a bit much).Not much of a selection at the ‘bar.’

Small ish and basic rooms, but it did the job we needed it to for the night we stayed. Clean room, comfy bed, decent sized bathroom, great secure parking, walking distance to the centre - great value for money

As other reviews say, there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room, and if you haven’t got breakfast booked (we didn’t) then you just have to use the vending machine to get a drink
