Value. And we were able to park free on the street right in front.

AC wasn’t working well… very warm in room and couldn’t keep the window open as there was too much noise outside.

Location, breakfast ok

As we arrived we were told the parking was full up. When I tried the TV the remote wasn’t working and also the internet was not working at all. When I queried this I was told no one else had complained in the hotel about the internet and it works fine…. Despite the receptionist seeing NO connection on my mobile. Why oh why do people these days call you ‘aggressive’ when you are not happy with their answer? I also asked about a ceramic cup for the tea and coffee but was told they use the plastic because it’s ecological!!! Ceramic can be washed and they use ceramic in the breakfast room. I paid for this hotel as a customer and don’t expect staff to disagree with me and then call me aggressive. I would strongly advise anyone that needs internet not to stay here. The front door needs a key code to get entry and the breakfast is just OK - again probably not worth the price. There are much better places to stay, it’s very dated.

Lovely central hotel. The room was just like the photos but the bed was fantastic. The staff were so welcoming and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely stay again.

We have stayed three times now. The hotel is great and meets our expectations.

We asked for our room to be made up... the bed was made. But dirty cups were left and no extra milk or coffee was left.

Modern, fresh, comfortable, welcoming. We arrived after a 4 hrs motorbike ride, absolutely tired then a friendly smile welcomed us and like magic we felt better. The staff in the hotel are excellent! Also to note is the breakfast, wonderful ?

the breakfast and toilets in the rooms..the door doesn't close properly and it's awkward. breakfast was cold international food only. No travel leaflets were in English. everything in French.

Close to the centre of the town and had secure parking

A slight mix-up with key to the breakfast room, preventing access to the room (until after 9a.m.)

I didn’t know that there was a code to enter after reception closed. I’m sure I was shown at some point but missed it.
