Professional staff, good location, well presented hotel

There were small traces of blood (or something red) on my bed sheets when I entered the room

Location was just a short walk from the station, close to the city center AND had amazing staff and amenities.

I have only one ‘complaint.’ They control the heat from downstairs. You need to contact the desk to change it. Even this is a minor issue.

Very polite and helpful staff. Great location, a few minutes from the train station. Smoking area in a yard inside the hotel. Good breakfast.

We spent one night in building “B” overlooking the lovely courtyard. The room was large with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. We had a big window that opened fully so we could enjoy the fresh air. Parking under the building was secure. Check-in staff was friendly. Incredible value at less than €70.

The staff were so helpful and hotel close to station and beer cheap !! And Carrefore just up the road! But no fridge for the subs ?

Air conditioning, great location close to transportation and groceries, clean and comfortable.

Loved the modern deco, comfort and welcoming but discreet staff. Amazing choice breakfast, finally some alternative milk offered. Fresh orange juice, abundance of choice. Great shower, comfy bedding.Easy access and parking available on site and opposite.Better than many 4 star hotels we have been in.

No restaurant. But some available at walking distance.

Great for a short break. All as expected. Room good quality for the price we paid.Car park is good but entrance a bit narrow. Need a code to access but it changes every Monday.

Great staff, parking and simple, cozy rooms.

Lovely hotel with super comfortable bed. Peaceful and quiet. Receptionist was really helpful. We asked for a recommendation for a dog friendly cafe and she telephoned the Paris restaurant who confirmed that they take dogs. It was a great recommendation as we had a fabulous meal - great atmosphere. It all made for a wonderful stay. Thank you!! ?

Good city hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms

Very cold inside the rooms. Heating did not work so we have to use additional blankets and leave the hotel at 3am as we didn’t sleep at all. Outside temperature was higher than inside the rooms. I would not return

I stay at this hotel about once a month. And I will book it all the time.

However, very uncomfortable bedside tables, or rather, these are pieces of board sticking out of the wall measuring 30x39 cm. Also, even though I asked the receptionist to increase the temperature in the room, it was very cold, despite the fact that there was an extra blanket.

Very dog friendly.Very clean.Very helpful and courteous staff. Very comfortable bed. Great shower, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was excellent and leisurely. Parking secure. A very enjoyable couple of days exploring the Christmas markets.

No fridge. The bollards on the exit/entry to car park take some manoeuvring with a wide car. Very narrow.

Room great. Staff friendly. Clean. Ideal for my 5 year old.

Breakfast was very poor. Bacon was missing, and I had to request more in the buffet. The freshly placed scrambled egg on the buffet was COLD. no Sausages. Overall, it was a poor valve for 14 euro. It's much better in local hotels. Staff in dining are for breakfast could search for a smile. Their faces were as cold as the scrambled eggs.
