Very clean and modern. Great location

Paying extra for motorbike parking. Breakfast expensive so gave a miss.

We found a good deal on booking, nice and spacious rooms, convenient parking at the hotel.Nice and helpful staff.Good to have an option for a smaller and cheaper breakfast as an alternative to the full buffet.

Very clean. Well designed room with W.C. separated from the bathroom.

Nice big room, well located a few minutes walk from the old part of the city. Private parking and excellent choice at breakfast. Very secure.

Can’t think of anything

Being genius level, we got upgraded. Large bedroom with extra large bed. Large bathroom. Staff very pleasant. We have an electric car so we appreciated being able to use the plug.

Breakfast was OK. S rambled eggs had a wired texture & taste.

Check in - Painless (I had booked the wrong date and they were kind and let us have a room anyway) and staff helpful and pleasant.Room - Good size, great shower and bathroom. Very comfortable bedding with good pillows. Shutters meant we had no daylight sneaking in, which was great. Breakfast - A good variety of hot and cold items. Pastries, various breads, eggs for boiling, bacon, scrambled eggs, cold meats and cheeses, pancakes, various jams, compotes and fresh fruits. It was a good breakfast but not exceptional, we have had better in 4* hotels. Coffee, tea and various fruit juices available. Parking - The car park appears to be really low but you can fit in if your vehicle is less than 1m90 (apparently) we were too chicken to try so we parked on the street. There isn't much parking on the street as the road is very busy.

The traffic noise! The traffic noise was really bad despite the double glazing and shutters. If you want a quiet room do not have one at front of hotel. We didn't sleep much at all :/ Sound proofingWe also felt the rooms weren't very sound proofed, we had corridor noise, we could hear neighbouring rooms using their toilet and showers. We'd expect better sound proofing at this 4* price point. KeycardsThe key cards didn't work too well, our neighbours appeared to have the same issues with their keycards too. So you need to leave them in the door slot for around 5 seconds before they open the room, so don't be in a rush with them.

This is a decent hotel with good facilities for a short stay. It is in a busy area so I would recommend reserving a parking space. The check in staff members were helpful and friendly .

It was just a one night stay here so nothing to report. The reception staff member on duty at checkout seemed pre occupied with other things and didn't seem bothered with us but I guess he was very busy.

Staff were polite and friendly and the location of the hotel to restaurants was good.

The lighting in the bedroom was low level, it wasn't bright enough to read by. The lighting in the hallway was also very dim. The room was quite cold and putting the heating up didn't seem to make much difference. The entrance to the parking was not signposted.

Excellent location. Very clean, very comfortable, quiet. Good parking. The reception staff were excellent - friendly and efficient.

The shower wasn’t very good. The room would have benefited from some hooks on the wall for coats.

I feel at home when I go to this hotel. Breakfast, help from site staff, rooms are excellent. Helpful hints are also given by staff.

Nothing I can complain about.

I stayed for several days due to moving home. The staff were so helpful and kind; the 'business' rooms adjacent to reception are well-appointed and comfortable work-stations are nearby. The suites in the annex are lovely with comfortable bed, good work station, large bathroom and separate W/C plus large wardrobe and small frig. All very clean with ventilation system (fresh air, cool, heart.) You may need to ask reception with help to use it.

There are stairs to enter whether from parking garage or front entrance. But reception available to help.

Disappointing

Ps we wrote to best western about our disappointing stay. They offered us 100 points about £4 bearing in mind the breakfast was €16 each. Very insulting

Right in the city and the staff were incredibly helpful , especially the young lady behind reception.

Very helpfull staff, helped booked a restaurant for us as not a lot open on a sunday evening.

Only one charging station which was blocked, while they promote sustainable travel, breakfast was low quality, room wast clean like orange in the fridge from the previous guest, some stuff under the bed, a hear band in the bath room…Limoge has little public charging station

Breakfast was superb

It would have been better to know how to access the reserved parking before we arrived. It took several approaches from differing directions to work out that we had to go to reception before the garage door opened. The garage its self was excellent.

Great rooms with all you need. Nice courtyard to sit out. 15 minute walk into town. A great supermarket next door for food and drink as the restaurants are quite a walk away. Perfect.
