Very small and almost hostel like

Clean and comfortable, near to the motorway, excellent for travelers.

Our family loved the very friendly and professional staff (night and day), the family and eco friendly atmosphere and the delicious home made and local breakfast! Fit for everyone even if you are gluten and milk free! Best hotel experience and DNA ever!

A little dusty the carpets and the towel wore down.

Location was easy to reach. Staff was super friendly and helpful. All of them spoke English which is very valuable when travelling through France. Business invoice was prepared without problems, unlike other hotel chains. Hotel has a generous parking space and it is close to many good restaurants within walking distance. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The infrastructure is funny. To enter the room, one needs to open a door which works for 2 bedrooms, then there is a small space and one finds two doors, one for different room numbers. Walls and floors are paper thin and I could hear a family's conversation all night long. Bathroom is a capsule prefabricated bathroom, shower space is minimal and has a very cheap feeling. The window is small and little light comes inside the room. Finally, breakfast was very very limited. I must admit, their bread varieties are delicious, but lacks extras to combine it with.

The bathroom door had a hole in it and bedding very poor quality. However the staff did provide extra bedding which was needed as it was so cold

No English directions/sign posted to lift and no information in the receipt about the floor your room is.

Excellent staff always friendly and helpful breakfast is very good plenty of choices and always topped up use this hotel all the time when in Limoges

Second stay here, it’s really a great place, very ‘original’!Will definitely try the other locations.

Check in machine didn’t work, reception closed, but someone did come and help.

Quirky decor - definitely a hotel with a difference and unlike the usual ‘sameness’ of other lower cost hotels. The staff were delightful, welcoming and eager to help. The breakfast was included and exceeded many others that we have had to pay for! There is a restaurant on site, but there are also many others within a few minutes walk.

Breakfast was good.

The room had a very musty smell about it which was not at all pleasant.Furthermore, the whole of the reception area had a strong smell which was difficult to identify but was definitely unpleasant!

The receptionist was very polite and smiling. My room which was in the new building was beyond my expectations. It was nicely decorated by an architect. The TV was superb. The shower was indeed very large and brand new. There was a kettle with Bio tea and instant coffee options. The bad was very comfortable and the AC was powerful enough to increase the ambient temperature fast. The interior and exterior sound isolation was very efficient. Zero noise.

May be the location which is in an activity zone with restaurants and retailers, brand shops and other hotels would not be the taste of everyone. This zones is something very classical now in France in the outskirts of every city but it did not pose a problem to me since I have not gone outside after my check-in. The hotel is 100% convenient for a single night stop in the center of France if you are going to continue your journey to Spain, Toulouse or backwards to the north.

Breakfast was good.

Pillows were rock hard, over filled.We were put in a room for disabled people, not by request we were told it was an upgrade.The bathroom was badly designed for disabled people ( I have designed bathrooms for disabled people. )The shower was opposite the door which meant that once one had a shower to access the toilet one would always have to walk or push one’s wheelchair over a wet floor. The sink was to close to the door.Even as an able bodied person, I found it hard to reach the toilet roll holder for the paper, it was so fake behind me.The lighting was poor. No central light, one has to consider peoples sight needs as wellThe room was not finished ie. It had a concrete ceiling left undecorated.
