Stayed 3 nights due to vehicle breakdown.The first night was 67euro booked through booking.com. The following nights the price was hiked up . On the 3rd night we paid 95 euro even though the hotel was relatively empty.We asked about a 4th night and was told 120 euros so we vacated to a 50 euro hotel nearby. It took us 3 trips with all the luggage we had taken out of our vehicle before it was towed away to a garage.The room was not tended to atall during out stay. The bed wasnt changed or room cleaned. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper at reception where they were handed directly to us.We felt that our car breakdown situation was totally exploited. Very disappointed indeed.

This is the second time we have chosen this accommodation. Good location. The hotel is in a convenient location close to restaurants and shops, which was a bonus for us as we arrived late in the evening (the hotel bar was open ?). Breakfast offered a wide variety of food. Very helpful and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accommodations.

Ideal for an overnight stay, mid point on a long drive. Comfortable bed, generous breakfast, friendly helpful staff.

Decor could do with an update

Good breakfast, however no tea bags left and when I asked for more there was no response.

We had booked dinner but we had to go to an alternative restaurant. More tea bags needed!

The price was good and we were able to have both our dogs with us.the hotel was very close to a good Italian restaurant so evening meal was good. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was rather poor, not comparable to breakfast in other Ibis hotels we have visited. Poor coffee and a very limited choice of food. The breakfast let down an otherwise comfortable and pleasant stay.

Everything - we have stayed here many times and will do again- Location is key plus, good clean accommodation, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and good choice restaurants within easy walking distance

Like all IBIS Hotels, this one's price competitive - and that's the reason we booked. Location was good (we had a car) as was the parking, and we got exactly what we booked (the room matched the pictures and description exactly). The rooms are small but manageable, and we only stayed the one night, so that was no real issue. As a stopover it fit the bill well.

The staff. I don't speak much French, they didn't speak much English (which is quite ok, found a lot of places in France the same), but they were the most indifferent and lazy reception staff we encountered. They gave the impression they couldn't care less about us, and stayed on the phone with their friends while we stood waiting for them. I understand there were only two there, perhaps they were overworked, but they stood out for all other IBIS's we stayed at in France for giving the worst customer service. Enough to make me look for alternatives if we ever pass through again.

There was plenty of parking and the two ladies we met on reception were pleasant and helpful. The evening meal was a simple choice but with a main course, a desert and a glass of wine was good value. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice.

Nothing to be disappointed with.

Well greated by reception staff. No hard copy menu for included dinner and food ok. Price surprisingly included two large beers each. Breakfast ok and room sufficient. Good value.

Lack of menu for dinner and language barrier didn’t help.

The room was small for a couple and one dog. The evening meal was dreadful. No menu offered chicken and pasta, pizza or mozzarella cheese salad. Asked for wine waitress brought one small glass. The food was microwaved brought out the kitchen with the micro lid still on it and left on the side for some minutes. OH had pizza I had the salad it was drenched in oil the cheese was one large ball in the middle of the plate I didn't eat it. No water offered with the meal. Very small terrace but traffic noise was extremely loud. Will never stay in this hotel again.

The breakfast was great. Plenty to choose from.

The location was lacking. It's essentially in an industrial estate with not much else around it.
