Location made it easy to find

I do not think a 4 star hotel should be using paper cups in the rooms or dining room. The room was quite small

Quiet and fairly clean. Nice breakfast.

Gym was poor, the equipment wasn’t that well maintained.

Very nice staff, large rooms, good bed and good breakfast.

The restaurant was closed on both nights we were there - and there is not much around there. It was difficult to tell if the room had been cleaned - no extra towels, but some stuff had been thrown out (rather unhelpfully as it was not in the bin!); Bathtub hadn't been scrubbed and bed not made, but clearly someone 'had been'. Strange.

Dinner and bar was great. Friendly, professional, good service.

Despite being Executive room Small bed, no peignoirs, cardboard cups, excessively mean supply of tea, shower over high bath so difficult to get into and no safety handrails.

The location is great as a stop over and the views are lovely.

Ineffective air conditioning in our room. The night was uncomfortable as the room was too hot despite the air conditioning being at max. We understand from an ecological point of view to try to reduce the use of aircon but when the temperature is 39 degrees outside it is not the time to reduce it.

The reception staff has been friendly and I could communicate with them in English which was great.Location is great but not as fabulous as in the ad pictures.Good breakfast…

The sofa bed was laid for me as the third bed was broken when I sit the first time on it after driving more than 600miles (more than a 1000km), really annoying….Being really good on DIY I’ve replaced the broken bed slats with few from the other sofa bed as I took me 3min to do it not wanting to bother the receptionist with a complaint right away. Two lightbulbs were out of order so it was a very dim and uncomfortable light in the room.Otherwise a standard Novotel hotel a bit dated inside.

Nice hotel, breakfast was nice and the pool area good for a relaxing drink after our long drive.

Pool was closed on arrival with no notice, this was very disappointing for the kids on such a hot day, we were really looking forward to it

Very convenient, perfect for one night stay on the way to the south of France.

Room had been adapted for our family but it appeared that it hadn’t been vacuumed & cleaning cloths were left in the room The food was fine but the lack of waiting staff meant we had to wait for a while to get our food. The staff were very busy!

Great for a 1 night stay before heading to the airport. The hotel is situated next to a lake & woods with easy accessible walks. Our room was clean & comfortable & the shower was excellent.

The dinner menu could have been more extensive.

I booked a twin with two beds and was told I had a double bed and could open a sofa bed if I wanted. I was with my son and had deliberately booked a twin. We slept in a double bed.

Great view of lake, around which we walked, Followed by a swim in the pool.

It was lovely after 8 hr drive from Paris, it was stop over for us so just perfect. Staff recommended a restaurant in walking distance which was delicious.

Extremely convenient location, plenty of parking. Options of first floor or ground floor rooms. Breakfast was ok. Cleanliness was ok, could do with a deeper clean every now and then. Hopefully the blanket was cleaned after each customer - but I am not so sure!

Could have been cleaner. I know it's not the norm for French hotels, but having a kettle and tea & coffee supplies is always very welcoming and makes a difference. Breakfast was ok, not much option.

Beautiful location and very convenient for main routes. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Pleasant dinner and good breakfast.

More lighting around the like for those early morning runs!
