Comfortable clean rooms, no remarks. From underground parking there is a door directly to the hotel which is convenient. Location is good as right in the city centre. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

We've stayed here a couple of times. it's a great location with the bistro right underneath the hotel. Rooms are a good size, clean and smart. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing, it's all good
Very central for everything. Warm and clean and superior room very roomy. Balcony over looking the square was lovely. Lovely seating area with bar where you wait.
Paper cups in the room so had to ask daily for proper cups as we like coffee in the morning. No glasses either for water. Let it down as was a superior room.
Close proximity to centre. Excellent reception.
Breakfast - items ran out and had to request replenishment.
Central location near to shops restaurants. Secure parking in public underground carpark 13€ for the day. Kettle in the room for tea and coffee
A bit stingy with the coffee and tea and no milk.
Great location, well appointed room with chairs to sit on and desk. Very good breakfast.
Great room. Geat view. Nice staff. Really excelent
A grab handle to help getting in and out of the shower
Nice friendly staff. Clean hotel. Good breakfast.
A security catch on the 5th floor window
Nice big, clean room. Balcony was lovely looking over the square.Spacious bathroom.Good location
Staff did seem overly friendly.
Perfect location , big room , bathroom and good matras and balcony with a vieuw . We have to thank Etienne for his excellent service , thank you again Etienne
Breakfast can be , a little ,better
Staff were great - reception & restaurant. Good staff make a difference to me if I would go back somewhere. They were all so friendly and professional. Rooms are a great size and comfy. Room service breakfast is great.
There wasn't anything that I was unhappy with.
Nice breakfast room. Good public space. Great location.
We felt that the hotel bar was a bit tucked away and not really a place to sit. There were no window restrainers on the windows which could be fully opened by a child
Ideal location in the city centre of Limoges within easy walking distance of all main sites.Room was spacious, clean and had modern air condiitoning/ heating facilities. Pillows were extremely comfortable and shutter blinds and double glazing ensured a good night's sleep.Breakfast was fine - could have done with a bit more variety but overall more than adequate.Only slight downside was the shower pressure was below average but we were on the 5th floor.
Shower pressure
central position, great for bars and restaurants, parking in the centre of town, early breakfasts which were excellent.
Access to the parking can be tricky if approaching from the southern part of town as it means finding a turning point and coming back down,
Best location in town close to everything and good view from the room Excellent breakfast and friendly staff throughout our stay Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station Room was exceptionally clean and spacious
Position is good. Shopping is convenient.
1. Breakfast just so so, no omelette by cooker.2. Requests written on paper note, but room cleaner ignored.3. The unpleasant impression is a hotel receptionist, an old woman with eyeglasses is very rude, I feel too sick to write down her name, because of her unprofessional attitude and behavior, let Mercure down. But hotel's manager and young receptionists are very professional and cute.
We were ultimately happy that we could change rooms. The room we finally got was OK. How we got there is to be read in the section "What didn't you like".
When checking in, we got a room at the street side (opposite to the Place de la République), though not the room we were expecting. The air in the room was not at all fresh, rather moist, and not feeling very healthy. It did really smell like not being used (nor cleaned?) for a longer time.We went back to the reception to complain about the state of the room, and got another - much better - one at the other side, after agreeing on and paying an upgrade of 28€.So, we didn't like getting a room we didn't book for.
