Staff helpful location quiet

We asked for ground floor and got it.

Sadly the guests above us decided to hold a furniture moving party until 2 am , we have a long drive on this day and I was tired all day, we ended up booking another hotel further on journey but totally unplanned and costly thanks to inconvenience of noisy guests .We smelt smoke all evening and discovered all the smokers were gathering around a bin outside our room , we are so disappointed as we are on a well planned driving holiday .Booking com will see I cancelled our hotel in Zaragoza ( cost 41 euro) and booked into a hotel in Pau

Have stayed here several times over the years and have usually found everything satisfactory.

No WiFi, staff said all systems had been updated, but WiFi had not been connected?

Room was clean, warm, comfortable. All that I needed.

Not a lot to be honest but you get what you pay for - will definitely spend a little more and stay elsewhere next trip

Great overnight stop. Location just off the motorway. Physical reception.

Room maybe a little small. Only one electrical plug to charge our electronic appliances.

Location was excellent, close to restaurants and Family Village shopping centre.

Needs lots of TLC, very dated, shower head was broken and the bunk bed above our heads was waiting for one of us to hit our head on! It also made it very clostraphobic. But for the price, it was ok overall. Breakfast was meagre compared to other budget hotels.

Good parking staff really helpful. Room ok bedding had holes in it but slept on top anyway . Air con a big plus . Bathroom very small but ok .

Would be useful to have plugs near bed on other side of room .

That we could access our room even though we did not arrive until 1am (01.00hrs)

The automatic check in system did not seem to be working properly and it took me 30 minutes to access it.

Very good location, close to the highway

The bath light did not work, it was blinking. We had to use our phone flashlight to use the bathroom. Nobody in the hotel was able to change the light bulb.

I use your hotels regularly. Perfect for me when I'm working in France. Also I accidentally left a large white pillow in your car park when I left. It was quite valuable, and eondered if you had found it ? If so, please keep it fir ne and I'll collect it next time I'm in France, usually once every 6 weeks.

Not being guaranteed a parking space directly opposite my room. But I understand you can't guarantee this.

I've stayed here before and the hotel has all I need for a night in transit. Breakfast was good value and staff helpfull

Hotel was located close to a choice of restaurant's for evening meal. Nearby shops and local fuel stations to fill up before continuing the journey.

Outdated bathroom with a cracked sink and a little small.

We have stayed here many times and find it perfectly adequate for an overnight stop on our journey through France to get to the Uk. The room is always clean and a nice size bed. This time the receptionist asked if we would like a downstairs room as we had a dog with us. This was the first time we have ever been asked and we were very pleased as it was so much easier

Convenient and cheap.

It badly needed refurbishing. The wind blew under the door.
