- we like the location as close to train station. staff was very nice and helpful and put our cases up in our room when the airport lost them.
Cons -
- nothing really
- Nothing to add.
- couldn't see out of window, only one chair for 2 people sitting at table and as room was big they could put extra clothes storage in EG wardrobe or drawers. breakfast times were a bit mish mash .there online advice about the hotel needs to be updated as they don't do minibars in rooms since covid but still advertise they do. we were ill for 3 days of our visit never getting out of the room and only the cleaning staff noticed. would have liked tea & coffee in room for price. shower very tight EG. Small. Church bells going all the time but that's Switzerland not down to hotel

The breakfast was great. A very good variety of foods drinks and the staff was super. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and large. The location was convenient to trains buses and Wils main shopping area.
Air conditioning was the only bad part. It was in the 90’s a couple of days. On normal days it was fine.
Exceptional
No air condition, on hot day top room gets very hot
Perfect location in the centre of Wil. Dining on the balcony or anywhere a pleasant experienceCentre of town always a bit noisy but I quite like that.
Near to station. Lovely restaurant for dinner
It’s near to two churches with chiming bells -every hour through the night! I had no sleep!
Good location good food
we could hear other people till one in the morning
Helpful staff. Good breakfast which is included. Great location close to main part of town and short walk from train station
Towels were a little thin and not soft.
It’s location and staff.
A bit costly.
Good
Breakfast spread is very small. It could be a bit more bigger.
