The employees are great. The hotel is perfectly located, everything you might need in Calbayog is in walking distance or with a quick trike ride

It was close to restaurant and area of interest

The WiFi terrible cleaning was not great

Lights kept turning off. Needed 2 key cards to keep the lights on.

Beautuful hotel about 10 minutes to Calbaylog airport. The rooftop restaurant is excellent. It is expensive in contrast to an equally top notch hotel just 500 feet away, however the rooms are larger.

It was our first visit to Red Iron we highly recommend it@

the family room was really good with balcony and sea view was great. Bed are really comfy would definitely come back again thank you all the staff for being helpful.

The family room was large with plenty of room for the three of us. We stayed here once before in a standard king room which was very crowded. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver, Keith, provided excellent service. The service personnel at breakfast were as good as ones we have experienced in high end hotels in Manila. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the restaurant was excellent.

The towel racks are very high, especially for Filipinos/Filipinas. The breakfast could have contained more options for westerners. The room key card was very old and fragile. I tried to take care of it, but when I sat down with it in my pocket, it cracked. I agreed to pay for a damaged key when I signed in, but P500 seemed excessive for such an old key card.

Everything the food, the staff and the room. Good for a long stay and near Shakey's also the transportation is easy coz it's in front of the building.

No swimming pool.

Was ok value for money.

Door didn’t work properly and took us 5 min to enter our room each time, told staff but nothing was done.

I'd rather book somewhere else

They gave our reserved room to somebody else and made a huge hassle, moving us to the smaller room because we had too many people. That's why we booked the large family room. Booking said they don't take cash and to use the card on file. When we got there they said they only take cash.

Location, staff and facility were great. I realoze it is expensive my Phillipine standards, but is worth it for the Location and comfort.

No real complaints could be made, it met my expectations

No internet connection, the room is not sound proofing as you can hear the people talking from outside, the room is small..

A very nice buffet for breakfast with something different every day, along with eggs made to order. Friendly staff. Newer facility in a good location.

A newer facility, but a few small issues with the bathroom.

Location was good. Restaurant good. Staff friendly. Van to airport.

We got a double bed deluxe room but it was way too small for 2 people with 3 bags. They do have bigger rooms but when we booked we didn’t realise the size of the room. Next time we will book a bigger room.
