Hotel Engel - Self-Check-in

Friendly and helpful owner. She assisted us with train travel arrangements.

No air conditioning. Dinner selections very average

A clean but otherwise not noteworthy 3-star hotel, could be updated in various ways.

Clean, friendly staff, great location in the center of town, short walk to train station

All was good

Great location near shops, restaurants, walking distance to the train station. Pleasant hosts.

All was good

- location - spacious room

- the room I got has the bad smell - there’s a parking garage underneath the hotel but it’s not free (it should be complimentary or discounted form the hotel)

Essential but clean room and bathroom.Friendly staff willing to help you.Good small gym with the necessary tools to train.Good but essential breakfast with choices both salty and sweet.Water offered when leaving.

Parking not included and part of the supermarket

Very modern lobbyamazing location (Migros underneath, kebab store across the street, etc.)Big roomVery good price The staff was very kind

Shower was a little small

Excellent service. The wifi was poor and not high speed.

Due to slow wifi I was unable to work on my laptop

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and easy to be reached by public transport. The gym is also cleaned and well organised. Kettle with coffee and tea available in the room. The breakfast was good. The staff at the reception was great.

Not enough light in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, proximity to restaurants and bars is hard to beat.

No AC, bed was too soft, loud street noise, nearby clock towers chime every 15 minutes 24 /7.

Big room and bathroom.

On a Friday night in summer, with windows open, it can be a bit loud.

The hotel and the room were both very clean. Room size is also perfect for a couple with a baby.I asked the reception to provide us with a baby crib, which they did, although we self checked in as we came in really late. The breakfast was also good. Very happy with my stay at Engel.

Close to train station, stores and my sister

No refrigerator

The location was great. Since i was there for work, the hotel was closed to the train station and i had a nice Alp's view from my window.

Everything was very nice with the hotel and i enjoyed my stay. The room and the common areas were very clean.

very friendly and helpful staff, nice modern rooms, full delicious breakfast,

proximity to rail station, Town, sister's house

Very good

Breakfast could have more choice on the bread side. Maybe also some bacon or boiled egg (would take long when asking for it to prepared) without having to ask for it.

Eggs unusual but breakfast lovely.

Would like access to drinks at all times in lobby.

Extremely comfortable and clean, friendly staff, incredible restaurant!

Very quiet, near the station. Good breakfast
