Breakfast was way beyond the expectations. One of the best experiences we had so far in Germany.

The room was so small that after opening the luggages, we could not really move in the room. But it was still ok for a short stay as it had all the basics.

Very friendly staff! We were welcomed in a friendly way, the reception helped us with the luggage and when we asked to keep some of our food cool, they brought us a own small fridge to the room! The location is in a calm area and the oldtown is easy walkable within 20min walk.

Well located and an easy walk from the train stop and to the island. The beds were comfortable and they provided plenty of towels. Although we did not take the breakfast option, it looked like a great spread and we wish we had had breakfast here.

The wifi connection was not great in the room but that is not the end of the world for us.

Well located, a 10 minute walk to the island along the causeway, and quiet - despite being next to a railway line. Our room was very clean. Breakfast was good, with a decent enough selection. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's good value.

Never managed to make the wifi work. Our room was very hot, even with the radiator off. The beds were soft - fine if you like that but a bit too soft for me. Worth noting that there is no staffing after about 1800 and you have to use your passkey in a side door to get in and out. Oh, and a toaster for breakfast would be good.

No Internet on the WiFi connection White thin curtains … so much light in the room by sunrise…,so very early unwanted waking up.No bar or place to sit (outside for example at nice weather circumstances)Very small room … for sure compared to the price.Very near a railway …so every x-minutes a loud alarm signal like you forgot to fasten your seatbelt in your car… very annoying.Price much too high compared to what you’re getting.

The room was very dusty and was smelling strong like mould. The reception refuse to acknowledge the reason for our complained and they were not able to offer us another comparable room. 17 Euros for breakfast might be normal nowadays, but I still find it too much.

Breakfast is high quality, the room has unique design, the hotel's location is perfect as it is close to the island, the place is dog friendly, we could have a late checkin upon request

The staff was quite friendly. When we requested an additional ventilator, they promptly provided one, even though it turned out to be damaged and completely non-functional!The bed and room were clean.

The room doesn't have air-conditioning at all, so in summer it becomes a sauna! in addition, if you take a bath, you should live with steam! we don't recommend it in summer.

It was clean and tidy and the location was close enough to shops etc. Staff were friendly and helpful

We were late and the arrangement made for us by the staff were amazing. A welcome bottle of wine from local winery with a lovely note was at room. Next day the staff was super helpful.

Nothing to complain. The place is a bit offroad and we came late night. We had a good navi in the car. All good.

We stayed at the hotel last minute and were welcomed in such a warm and kind manner that we instantly felt home. The hotel room was lovely and the breakfast was so good! Definitely recommend staying here!!

We had a very comfortable room at the back of the hotel. It was a good size with a well appointed bathroom. The staff were very welcoming. It's very close to the lake and a short walk to LIndau. The trains run from the island. Highly recommend is the restaurant Villa Alwin am see along the lake.

Excellent location, only a short walk to the main island and old city. Breakfast was also very good.

The shower was positioned at a difficult angle making it tricky to shower comfortably.
