- Perfect place to work in Lindau!Kind staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast! We will come back for sure, grazie!
- It was easy to find, great communication from the host from beginning of the booking to check out. The host was very helpful in helping us to get our way around in Lindau and how to use public services. Room was super clean, very comfy beds and beautiful bathroom. Nice balcony to enjoy the view. Quiet location and only a 10 min ride with the Bus to go to the Island of Lindau. Wonderful choice and great selection of food at breakfast! We would definitely recommend this place and will come back.
- The hotel seemed recently remodeled. Everything in the hotel was updated and was really well done. The shower was amazing. Customer service was very good, especially the waiter/wait staff, very professional! The food and wine was particularly good as well. Staying there gives you the Lindau bus tickets included and makes it convenient to get around without driving your car/paying for parking.
Cons -
- The only room for improvement would be the pillows. The pillows were very empty hard to find comfortable.
- Restaurant was closed. in this rather remote place it would have been nice to eat at the hotel.
- Staff could be little more friendly. The Problem was that sometimes they were understaffed and therefore stressed. And with stress some unfriendly atmosphere took place.
