Way overpriced for what they have to offer

Cozy, little hotel. Breakfast was great. Even has a balcony to sit and freak afternoon tea. Sad that it rained so we can’t enjoy that.

The only inconvenient is without a USB connector to charge our phone.

We were missing a couple of things like cutlery and kettle in the room, but it’s possible to get it from reception.

What I liked about this hotel is the kind treatment. Especially the treatment of these respectable young men, Mohammed from Afghanistan and another young man from Kosovo. They treated my children as if they were their own. They taught us goodness, generosity and chastity. The breakfast was very wonderful. Thank you very much.

Arrived late but the instructions to get my key and where to park my car were very easy to follow. The breakfast was continental but plenty to eat.The facilities were good and the location was in the centre of the old part of the townThe staff were very friendly and helpful.Would definitely recommend it

Great location in the heart of the island. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and delicious breakfast. We felt very welcomed by the staff of the hotel from the moment we arrived. Will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was terrific but be sure to be downstairs by 9 am if you want eggs!

They provided 2 pillows but they were small!

Within walking distance of the train station, conveniently located in the centre of town, pedestrian only street. Restaurants only steps away, close to attractions and lake, all walking distance. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Nice sized room, small bathroom, both very clean. Our room had a view of a small garden.

Never had such a clean and nice bathroom. The water pressure was amazing and the rest of the room was also super clean. Staff was super nice, but could have kept a few sarcastic comments to them self. However, if you don't mind talking back, everything is fine.

The room was quite hot, however, there was already a great ventilator in the room. Still it was not really possible to cool down the room, even with open widows over the night. But you have to expect that when you travel in summer. No minus points for this.

Location: The hotel is on the island with its old town. Staff: The staff were helpful and chatted with us via Whatsapp, which was useful as we arrived after the reception had closed (6pm). We got a code for the key box. Breakfast: The breakfast area was well lit and offered a good choice of food and drink. From the front of the hotel we could watch the annual children's parade, which happened to take place when we were there.

They bicycle storage room behind the hotel was small and we had to play "bike-tetris" to get our bikes in. We were also worried due to the close packing, but we did not notice any damage to our bikes.

Excellent location in the end of pedestrian strip and still very quiet. Clean modern room. Small but nice bathroom. Lift to upper floors. Plentiful breakfast. Secure bicycle storage.

The small fan in the room is appreciated for warm nights but is very noisy

Good mid budget hotel central to town and on main shopping street close to station. Otherwise offered the usual standard you expect in German hotels. We got a top floor room with view across to Alps which was a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, very good breakfast, helpful staff, chamber mauds who cleaned the room very quickly. Very comfortable room

My only complaint is that there are no Tea or coffee making facilities in the room and there wasn’t a safe to store valuables

What a stunning place to stay, we wished we had booked more days. The room was so comfy and faced onto a nice pretty street. The lady at the reception was so pleasant and helpful and told us to take one of the hotel's umbrella's to use because it was going to rain. Which it did.

Don't laugh...the pillows

Great location, close to historical city center, in the pedestrian's zone. Nice and cozy acccomodation, clean. Very good breakfast with wide choice.
