Nice, clean room with more space than many European hotels of this class.

Hard to get to and from.

Location and staff were excellent

The Kitchen wasnt open on a Sunday for meals - however the reservation lady cooked us a pizza, but this wasnt advertised very well it was only when we saw another traveller having one that we asked.

A good hotel very with very good room rates. The restaurant is quite good too with reasonable prices and a nice choice of meals.. Free parking is a bonus too. The staff were very also very pleasant and helpful.

I can't say there was anything not to like. This hotel is a good 3* hotel that lives up to expectations.

Lovely welcoming staff , comfy bed , very good breakfast all beautifully laid out and plenty of it . Unfortunately restaurant closed as Sunday night but bar was open and very good Sushi restaurant 5 mins walk away . Plenty of parking available

No tea making facilities in room but just went to restaurant and took early morning cup of tea back to room

The welcome from a very pleasant female member of staff.

Noise from busy roads - windows need replacing. Old and outdated toilet system - toilet bowl was stained. We have stayed comfortably in many Ibis hotels but this hotel did not represent expected standards or value for money.

The young lady on reception when we arrived was excellent very welcoming. She was doing everything from the reception to serving us in the restaurant.. a wonderful example of what staff should be.

Would have preferred a walk in shower.

Open 24hrs and, when all other were full, had a room with short notice.The lonely staff went above and beyond to help us carry our luggage up a (for us) challenging stair - cudos to him!Breakfast was excellent - great variety, clean, fresh and tasty. And really early, which was necessary for us.

Cleanliness in the could have been better, it works but it's kind of run down.No elevator.A bit off our track, but no deal breaker.

Evening meal was great

Very little available at breakfast at 8am. No pastries etc.

We were en route so the location and parking were perfect for our ourposes. Its out of the centre but with a restaurant that didntmatter

We were looking for a stopover so there was nothing to dislike

Room 104 on 26.11.2022 was used for dirty movie production. From midnight until morning. Very embarassing. I called the reception twice. No change at all. I was in room 103.

Easy to find, big parking place. 24h reception.

The rooms are not so large.

shower not clean, toilet didn’t flush

staff was kind. location was good if you are on route.

It was dirty, the room smelled like smoke and there were holes of cigarettes in the blankets. in fact, I think that someone has been smoking in the room.

Easily accessible and very friendly staff.

A family room could be made by combining two rooms. Would make it easier for families with kids.

Slight smell of drains? - worst In the stairwell area. No lift in the hotel.

Breakfast was exceptional

Drink making facility in the room would be great

Pleasant

No elevator, our rooms were on the second floor.

the property needs some renovation and better cleaning
