Very clean and comfortable. Helpful and accommodating staff, parking was safe and easy, albeit at a daily cost. Good location though a good 15 minutes away from Lindau Island. Coffee pods for breakfast was a nice touch.

Distance to Lindau Island. Somewhat limited kitchen amenities. Price of breakfast.

Convenient, clean, new construction, very friendly staff, nicely stocked, good location, available parking. Wish we had stayed longer than one night.

The Bodenseezeit Garni Hotel was very welcoming and we loved our little apartment style room. The mini kitchenette was terrific and the entire apartment was very clean and well set-up. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. We did not have the breakfast at the property, instead we enjoyed the pastries and coffee at the bakery next door. The location of a bus stop along the local bus route was just across the street, which we used to visit Lindau itself, very convenient.We can highly recommend this property.

Everything was great

Modern, clean, quiet, very comfortable bed, pillows, fabulous bathroom with rain shower.Helpful staff and a garage for our e-bikes!

A few tea bags, sugar and coffee would be a nice touch!

Very clean, comfortable and felt like home! It was like a little apartment, so we could find absolutely everything we needed. The location is quite and lovely, it’s just 10 mins away from the lake. 6-7 mins away from a grocery shop, and 2 mins from a bakery. The stuff is responsible, respectful and friendly! 10/10 experience :)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Lindau! The location is perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. The apartment was super clean, spacious, and fully equipped, which was great for when we chose to cook instead of eating out. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful, making us feel very welcome from the start.Breakfast was a highlight as well—delicious and mostly made with organic (Bio) products. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lindau!

Very comfortable, nice personnel, great breakfast

Everything was perfect! The hotel’s location is a bit far from Lindau, so we mostly used taxis to get around. There is a really nice bakery next to the hotel where you can also get fresh breakfast and coffee.

Room like an apartment and was very new, modern and nicely furnished. Superb quality for the amount paid. Receptionist was very friendly. We parked at their garage carpark.

Not near to the city centre

The hotel room was absolutely amazing , it had everything we needed a big comfortable bed a very usable kitchen a great big bathroom a lounge room as well as a dining table it was fantastic.The breakfast in the morning was on the top floor so you had an amazing view but the room itself was just awesome so cozy in the winter and the food was fantastic as was the lady who looked after us at the breakfast she was amazing

Only one thing we didn't like it was a little bit outside of town but the bus stop was right out the front of the hotel

Convenient location on the main road. Easy to get to from the highway, and easy to access both Lindau and Bregenz. Room was clean and comfortable.

Bathroom amenities was a little lacking, but it was not a big problem.

Location is very good with excellant transportation facilities nearby. Out of city center.

Terrible Customer Service - Charged for No-Show Despite Staying!I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I mistakenly made a reservation for the wrong night, but still stayed with them the following night. Despite this, they charged me a 150 EUR no-show fee for the first night, even though I was clearly a paying guest!When I tried to explain the situation and requested a refund or even partial credit, they were completely inflexible and refused to help. This lack of understanding and poor customer service was very frustrating, especially given that I still stayed at their hotel and spent money with them.Would not recommend based on how they treat their customers when an honest mistake is made. There are plenty of other options that value their guests more!

Very comfortable, the staff were very friendly, very nice and cozy, great location.the apartment was very clean and exceeded our expectations by far, everything about it was just perfect.one of the best places We have ever stayed at.

We loved everything! It's clear that a lot of thought, time and effort has gone into this place. They thought of everything. Wonderfully designed apartment, with everything you could possibly need, plus some lovely extra touches. Beds were so comfortable. The room was cosy and homely, whilst being modern and sleek at the same time. There was a 24h snack/drink area where you could get yourself a snack and pay in the morning. Beautiful gift shop as well. What else can I say, I wish I lived here! Thank you for a wonderful experience :D

Nothing!

The room is a mini apartment, it has everything you might need. Everything was new and good quality. Upstairs there is a terrace open to all guests. We traveled with a dog, a bed and a treat for the dog were prepared for us. Very comfortable beds

The hotel is located directly on Lake Constance, you can easily walk to Bregenz and take a dip in the lake on the way. Everything is perfectly organised, the rooms are clean and there is free coffee and drinks at very reasonable prices.

I would particularly like to emphasise that everyone working there is incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt extremely welcome and in good hands.

Fantastic size room with modern kitchen and bathroom. Excellent secure bike storage and really helpful friendly staff. Would definelty stay here again and fully recommend these apartments.

The breakfast was one of the best I have ever seen/eaten. Extremely varied and thoughtful, and a gorgeous view towards the lake and mountains.
