Pros +
- No staff was available when I arrived to check in. The hotel was pitch dark without any lights. No breakfast was available as advertised. Also, they charged $10.00 for a lost room card. Finally, the staff does not peak English.
Cons -
- I dislike everythings sbout this hotel and I have been travel to many countries. I cannot believe they rate this hotel a 4 star. I asked the male staff in Cambodian at what time is breakfast and he said 12:00 pm and then he said no breakfast.
