The location close to the beach is good.

Construction works next-door, very loud, starting in the morning. The pool is on the backside of the building, not beautiful, not a nice view. Compared to other prices in the area and for the value I got I think it was a little too expensive.

The room had a balcony but it needs a table and chairs so you could sit in the evening! Kettle supplied in the room , but no cups or coffee???? Maybe a bedside table would be nice as nowhere to put phone etc??

Its a great location right on the beach, well across the street but everything is close, There is a big parking lot easy for getting in and out with the motorbike. The rooms are clean and well appointed but small. There is a lovely swimming pool which I never used but would next time.

They have a kettle in the room but no mugs? I like to have tea in the morning so when I asked about mugs at the front desk they said they would get me one but never did.

1. We paid for breakfast on the 1st morning 150 Baht per person. This was poor, think they were short staffed. However, we complained they did redeem themselves with a lovely fruit platter each by the pool as a sorry. All was forgiven!2. Second morning we had breakfast around the corner, it was excellent.

Just walk to beach to enjoy the sunset abd sunrise.Easy to get the halal food and 7 eleven near to the hotel to buy some drinks and food

The room was large with a nice bathroom and staff were very helpful finding us a secure place to store our bicycles. The pool and area around the pool was a nice place to relax.

The fridge switched off with the key card out of the slot when leaving the room.The size is ok, a bit smaller than expected.

The fact that you can't turn off the balcony light on your own. They must have some sort of "lights out" time. It's pretty stupid to have to pull darkening curtains closed at 10 o'clock at night so you can go to sleep. Also didn't like the five dead pigeons I saw hanging in the "fish net" type material covering the balconies. They have it around the pool as well and I spent 20 mins this morning trying to free a pigeon that was trapped in this netting right next to the pool. Managed to get it loose but it's wing and leg were so tightly tangled it just sort of hopped away. It'll be dead by this weekend I'm quite sure. I'm not huge animal lover but this is just gross and would probably be very traumatic to some others who stay there. I'm not sure what their goal is for putting this stuff up everywhere but they did achieve one thing: a customer who will never return there.

Location was very good. It was neat and clean. Had a great view.

In the shower, the caddy was broken. There were only shower towels. No hand towels.

Comfortable beachside hotel. Clean, modern rooms. Good swimming pool.

The room in general is acceptable. The location is good.

Staff was uninterested and not helpful, sometimes even unfriendly.The bathroom was extremely stinky coming from dumb water pipes. That stink was going to the whole room. Breakfast was poor and guests had to pick the exact time to eat one day in advance. Pool was partly damaged. Not even coffee in the room. You could see that everything was done to maximise profits and convenience of staff only while not paying attention to the guests comfort. We are not picky but such a low standard is hard to find nourdays and the occupation clearly reflected that.

Not Much only thing was they nets around the pool balcony areas.to stop the pigeons.the staff clear the few caught up in nets away

After 1 month in Thailand and never experienced that before in any hotel. Even before hello I was sprayed with something, because of covid, they say. Stop being stupid, instead of that you could put the measure temperature machine.

Great pool .very close to beach.we had the free breakfast which was not the best but free cold (eggs) .room was ok for short stay clean bathroom same. For the price good

The only thing is quite a lot of pigeons about and they have netting around the balconies I understand why but higher up a few have been caught in the net .I think management should clear them away .as they look as if they have been there for a while .

Great location on beach front road and near many reatauarnats and bars. Room quite nice with facilities/equipment you'd expect at this price. Bed comfortable.

A difficult check in. Receptionist couldn't find booking, then couldn't write numbers accurately to open wi-fi to access confirmation number, then couldn't spell hotel name correctly so still couldn't open it. Rooms separated by internal locked doors that weren't sound proofed so could hear TV and guests next door. On booking.com it advertised the room with sea view AND pool view, while it was a partial sea view, 'pool view' was a blatant lie as pool is located to rear of building so no rooms can have a view of both. Pool surrounded by netting that's in a poor state - better to remove it. Not worth the price we paid.
