- We arrived just after 3:00pm and were told that someone booked at the same time as us and paid for a room, so they no longer had one for us. We had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com. They told us the same family owned the hotel around the corner and they could accommodate us there. Okay, that works, but then we got there and they wanted to charge us more and wouldn’t honour the price we booked at.

The rooms were comfortable. The WI FI was good. it was very close to the beach which is just across the road.
There was no Breakfast. I knew that before booking anyway. The Swimming pool that is advertised with photos on their website does not exist. If they don't want to build a real swimming pool perhaps they should build a breakfast room with a buffet. It would attract more customers because that is one of the things potential guests look for in a hotel before booking
i think it was a bit too expensive
the toilet seat was wobbly, the bathroom tiling is mouldy, needs cleaning and updating - it was ok
The staffs were friendly and approchable. The deluxe room was spacious at the same time, matress are of good quality. The AC, shower heater, hair dryer, fridge were all commendable.
The cover of the toilet bowl is well kept but i think it needs replacement.
There should be drinking water in the room as well. Where we went to rest there was no drinking water.
The room is far and there is no elevator. The dressing table is broken. The air conditioner is very loud, the water does not flow, the bathroom does not have shampoo. The refrigerator does not have drinking water.
