Location very bad, in the middle of nowhere.2 Bedroom Suite is actually 1 very small bedroom with only 1 queen size bed (Not even side table or wardrobe) and 1 king size bed at living room.Very basic breakfast.

Friendly staff. Great location. We were on the 5th floor with a view of the ocean. A little distance to the beach. 12 minutes drive to downtown. The swimming pool was nice and not crowded. Breakfast was good for the price.

The bed was not as comfortable. The bathroom water system was difficult to adjust between hot and cold showers.

The pool, the golf buggy service to the beach, the room was spacious

The building look old and need a refresh, the rooms look like old condos, I thought the hotel was closer to the beach than what it actually is

Room was not clean. Actually we stayed two different rooms there and neither was clean. There was black hairs everywhere. I’m blonde myself so not mine.And also pool was not clean.

Differebt buildings of same hotel. One lift per building thats too small. Gym wasn’t in operation

On their web-site they mentioned that they run shuttle to and from the town centre. Only when I asked about the schedule of the shuttle that I found that it was basically run on on-call basis. But when I tried to call the shuttle when I was at the town centre, I was told that it was fully booked. That made my plan of my trips in Hua Hin a bit chaotic.

A nightmare

We had such a terrible experience that we left after the first night and forfeited the entire booking amount (which was for 4 nights).1. The place doesn’t look it is advertised. It comes across as a shabby motel, with a bad a restaurant and a bad pool2. We specifically warned the staff about my wife’s allergies and they sent food that made my wife quite sick. The food also tasted really bad3. We booked a 3 bedroom hotel suite but the bedrooms were small and claustrophobic4. The bathroom fittings were bad - the shower leaked all over the place5. It was about 10 mins walk from the beach and there were no good shops or restaurants nearby I would advise against going to this place. It’s better to pay a few extra quids rather than destroy your entire holiday.

Really spacious room with beautiful view. Bathroom was huge and everything had so much storage. You had a place for everything

The staff was super friendly and always available. I had an injury while at the beach and the staff helped me immediately and supported me, at no extra cost. Moreover, the room I was given had a wonderful view, on the very last floor, it was spacious and very clean, at a budget price. Definitely value for money.

The gym space is quite old and feels moldy, I think they could refurbished it. The pool is relatively small. I am not sure there is anything else to dislike, everything else was perfect.

nice bath and the bed was so comfy!!

I don’t think they care for farang much. upon check in all Thai people got a welcome drink and a cold towel to cool off. I got nothing. would have been nice as I drove down from BK on motorbike. they did let me check in early so can’t complain too much

The room type and a space in the room

The ocean view, because when we’re looking the view out from ours room were seen the trees grownups obscure the sea view. It’s made there waste the scenery for seeing the ocean view

Rooms were not the clean..shower was broken and water was leaking and everything seems to be very old. Breakfast was very bad not much options.

The hotel location in the quite area with value price, got the room upgraded to Duplex’s room. It’s cool with access pool.

The spring mattress is not comfortable
