Talay Hotel & Villa

The hotel room was nice decorate also comfortable.

The floor of shower space it is not to saved if you are slip so much be careful

It's clean, sunny, well located, and gives a feeling of being classy without having to pay for a full-on luxurious hotel. There is a pool too, and the room is cute.

Location was good directly opposite the beach and a large tiled plaza. Friendly attentive staff. Great shower. Breakfast was very good.

The pool is very small, perhaps 6m and with very little space around it and only 2 sunbeds. Most importantly though, it's in the shade so not at all attractive to swim in or sit around. The window onto the balcony was quite dangerous in my opinion. The window didn't open very wide , then you had to step over the very high window opening mechanism and then down onto the small balcony with a/c units either side. We didn't use it for that reason. Room was very small too, with perhaps 20-30cm between the beds and the walls.

Some noise during the night from machinery They should include breakfast in the price. It's the first time when i stay in a resort without breakfast

Very nice place at the middle of Cha Am beach, The staff is very friedly and helpful, breakfast is excellent, if one needs something, they will get it. There is a nice little pool, good for a quick dip. The location is very convenient, beach, restaurants all just a few meters away. The rooms in the main hotel with the little balcony can be a bit noisy. There are two big airconditions outside and they make a lot of noise, if you want it quiet, take one of the rooms in the villa section, just beside the pool. The rooms on the first floor also have tables and chairs outside.

Large and clean rooms with good strong and fast WiFi. Lots of parking. The coffee shop sells some wicked speciality coffees and good prices.

A rather quirky balcony, you have to step over a big step and the balcony is very narrow.

Clean, friendly staff and near the beach

Comfortable clean and quiet with nice small pool and friendly staff. The homemade yoghurt for breakfast is great.

Great location : 1 min walk to the beach and street food, with 7/11 next door. Facility : nice swimming pool and sitting area, many car parking slots Staff : helpful although sometimes aren't the most efficient Breakfast : 189 baht was OK for the value Room : spacious with beach towel and beach sandals provided.

Bathroom door is a bit low. Difficult to adjust shower temperature.

Bed was too hard. Lack of TV programs. A "Villa" without a kitchen.

The food was excellent, the hotel had a special for eating from their kitchen that was excellent and price unmatched.

The pool area is very small, families could fit with no room for any other guests, but hey the ocean is across the street ;)

Air Condition - took longer than 2 hours to get cold, and its not cold enough! And I am the one who dont normally like cold AC!
