U Hua Hin

The location is great with Cha Am town or Hua Hin near by motorcycle or car.The setting is quiet and the sea is beautiful.

We didn’t feel comfortable using a basin in the room instead of in the restroom.

24 hr check out is the best benefit, very nice staff, very nice room service with all time breakfast.

Love the bed. It's so comfy that I didn't even want to get up! Everything were great Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had a nice beach view. Highly recommend!

I think it's time for the hotel to clean the Jacuzzi! When we used it, it appeared that there were some algae and yellowish water coming out of it. It didn't look very clean. Also, we wished there was an indoor car park as it's usually very hot outside.

They have many kinds of foods, and you can eat any dish you want.For launch, If you already like Thai's food. You can drive or walk from the hotel about 400 meter to the Platoo restaurant. For someone who likes to drink. They have a bar close to the beach. If you order in happy hours for one drink, you will got free one. (I'm not sure about the start and end time.)

In my room have something broken on the floor. I think the cause is from water dropped from body when whos finished took a shower and came out from restroom not dry suddenly. The staff repaired the floor by tape. I think they can do better.

We spent in U Hua Hin 10 nights, so i suppose that is more than enough time to check out everything. We are so happy we chose this hotel. Everything is new, super clean, comfortable, and food is delicious. The variety at breakfast was amazing. So many interactive staions. ( Waffless, noodles, egg station with chef, grill.. everything!) But what was the absolute highlight? The STAFF!! They were all incredible. So nice, always smiling, extremely helpful. It might sound like a cliche, but we really felt like home (luxurious home :)) because of them. Special thanks to all F&B staff , the breakfast chef and the concierge guys. You were all the best! We are gonna miss you. AND THANK YOU FOR A GOODBYE SURPRISE, that was sooo sweet! PS: great for remote working too, library (open 24hours) and very strong wifi! ?

There is not rally a beach and ratjes remote of everything, you always need a taxi or a Motorbike of you want to do something out of the hotel

Being a true beachfront hotel is a remarkable advantage that enhances its overall appeal.The staff was exceptional. Every member served us with genuine care and respect. Their thoughtfulness and attentiveness truly set the standard.

The architecture and design are straightforward and unpretentious. While it may not be a place that stands out in my memory for its aesthetic appeal, I can confidently say that my experience there was quite enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel, very light & airy & welcoming. All staff are friendly & helpful, couldn’t do enough for me & made me feel special during my stay. The food & cocktails are absolutely delicious. Luxurious room & the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!

The location is a little far out but taxis are cheap. Would be an idea to have one sided windows, as you can’t enjoy the wonderful view from the luxurious bathtub because you have to shut the blinds, which is a shame. Rooms are advertised as soundproof but they aren’t.

The first room we stayed shower room was stop up, the staff had quickly came to fixing, but spend too much time, about one hour, still unfixed, the staff told us they need call the engineer fixing next day, we can’t accept the answer, and didn’t change the room at the first time until we request, I thought that wasn’t a five star hotel service.

This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited. Situated close to the beach, away from the noisy center of Hua Hin.Brand new and with a wonderful architecture, every detail is thought of, both in the rooms, the common areas and not at least outside. There are so many small architectural details you will enjoy, the food is excellent and a very, very nice staff.If a place deserves 10 out of 10, this is the place!

This hotel was terrible from the start. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. The bathroom and shower had the same floor level, which flooded the whole floor after showering. The bed was hard and lumpy. Every morning, we were disturbed by the noise from the housekeeping staff, who talked loudly and made a racket while they worked.The hotel was isolated and far from any attractions or services. It took us more than 20 minutes by car to get anywhere. The hotel reception charged us 500 THB for a taxi, which was too expensive and felt like a rip-off. We tried to use the Bolt app, which was cheaper, but it was hard to find a driver who would come to this remote location. Sometimes we waited for more than 30 minutes for a ride.There was nothing within walking distance from the hotel. No shops, no restaurants, no entertainment. One night we wanted to order food through the Grab app, but no one could deliver to this place.The hotel had no access to the beach. there was no beach anywhere nearby this hotel. The nearest beach was 20 minutes away by car. We were so disappointed by this hotel, as we missed out on the beach experience.We regret staying at this horrible hotel. It was a waste of money and time. It deserves 2 stars at most.

Nice design with good facilities, the staff are excellent and very well trained. Top class breakfast buffet, have rarely seen better. The Rooms are spacious and well designed with very comfortable beds.

The hotel is new but they are already having uissues with the lifts, which does not bode well.... We ate at the restaurant on the evening we arrived, the food was "ok" but not exceptional ( unlike the breakfast the next morning ) and it took a long time for the food to be served.
