The room seem low standard of cleaning, unprofessional; the whole floor in the room including restroom were dusty, even telephone was dusty. Hope this valuable comment would reach the property for professional improvement.

Had to wait 25 minutes for check-in process. The room interior was old. Also, had to wait over an hour for dinner to be served even when there was no other guest at the hotel restaurant. After complaint, the hotel manager apologized and informed that the restaurant had to bring food from other restaurant outside the hotel.

Large aeria,clean and nice maintenenced garden and pools and buildings.

First off all, i had booked 3 rooms for the amount og THB 24.000. for 2 nights for me and my wife, and her family.The rooms we got, was not the same type shown on my bocking confirmation. We where placed in section A far from the reception, not comfortable at all. Roomservice Menu was based on Fried Rice only. Because of my age at 79, i needed an extra pillow for the nights, To my surprise i had to pay TBH 50. extra That is not ok at all. The resort could have done something extra because of New Year and Countdown. After check inn we had to ask the staff to clean the floor in my room, dirty on the floor, a lot of dust. So all in all, it was a disappointening stay especially because of New Year.

Location from every venue in Hua Hin Breakfast was poor quality, and food was not even warm.No stocked food or drink in room, due to location from everything, this amenity would have improved quality of stay.Two days of noise and construction above room.There is no hot water in the shower

As a hotel expert, I suggest you take care of the mini bar fridge. Also, it is written on the site that there is a tail in the room, while there is no foot tail in the room.

The refrigerator wasn’t clean

Spacious room with sea view. Good shower. Big Balcony. Clean. The beach is private and very wide. Breakfast quality is so so.

Rock hard bed with poor quality pillows. No restaurant on site, only a small bar in the lobby with very limited no. of seats. There should be more seating around the pool area. Pool bar is closed.

It is a wonderful property spread along the beautiful beeches, and the rooms are spacious and big with exceptional views to the Sea. It is located in a very quiet part of Huan Hin, pools are nice and the beeches are easily accessible.

It is very purely managed - Staff in general look very inexperienced - nobody picked up phone at the reception the whole evening - wanted to order some water, I had to get the direct number from a cleaner and call directly. Again the next day, nobody picked up phone for room service. Check in and check out took a lot of time, in fact I was asked to sit at the reception for quite a while before the check in despite there was non at the queue. The restaurant staff do not speak English and therefore ordering food was really difficult. I am writing this with a good intention as if you improve this part of the hotel, it is going to be one of the best property in the area.

There is a lot of dust in the room. Found a woman's hair on the floor but I'm a man with short hair. The air conditioner in the bedroom is not cold, the food is not enough, the restaurant is dirty. Should be managed better. Because this hotel is in a good area suitable for relaxation.
