Clean rooms, strong shower, nice outside seating, close to restaurants. Night market next door

Was some super loud live music concerts on the beach both nights until late, still loud sound through doors and windows

Great modern and very clean rooms. Would definitely stay again. My only issue was there being no free tables one morning when I went for breakfast.

Comfy bed, great shower. Just across from the beach. Staff were very helpful.

Breakfast could do with more variety.

We stayed here after our original hotel turned out to be very different than advertised on this site. The Banlansuan is small but the surrounds are lovely and shady, the rooms are a good size, the bathrooms spacious and all the furniture, sheeting etc in good condition. The breakfast was generous with a reasonable selection of food. We were just across the road from the beach and close to a number of restaurants. The staff were friendly and vivacious.

Broken kettle, No hand towels, no Swimming pool, Parking for only 8 cars, (I had to park outside on the main road) no lifts "I told them that I had a bad leg," but I still had to carry my own luggage on a long walk to my room. They had a 1st-floor room available but wanted an extra 300 baht to change rooms. I have no idea what breakfast was like, but it looked like a very nice eating area. I left at 05.00 to miss the traffic and get through Bangkok.

The staff were fantastic. Very helpful and pleasant. Great location across from the beach. Breakfast was mostly Thai food but had many other options. Wifi was good enough to video chat with family back home.

Drainage system - the water in the shower was gone slowly.. it wasn’t really a big deal though. No elevator - unless you choose a room on the ground floor, it’s 2 or worse, 3 stories you have to climb up to. I have knees probably so it’s challenging for me.

The location was great! There is in the front of beach that we could walk to. The room is also comfortable and fit in. I like the corridor.

Please see as indicated above. This was just a one night stop on a road trip.The location is a good half-way point between south and north Thailand.

The breakfast buffet was supposed to be open at 0700 but when we showed up it was only half ready.We had to make an early departure so only had a partial breakfast. Hopefully this will be better on our next visit (yes, we'll be back).

The location was good, the room was clean, the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The breakfast was more for Thai food and no eggs there was sausage and ham, the ham was normal sliced ham and the sausages were of the hotdog type which is usual for Thai hotels.

Staff are so friendly and supportive. A bit sad that we wake up too late so missed the breakfast but overall is still impressive. Great location and lots of local food during the night. Very worth to stay. It’s very rare to find the hotel that has 2 beds (1king size and 3.5) fit for 3 person to stay. :)

The bathroom exhaust smells very badbreakfast, we have two time breakfast in hotel, we got diarrhea after breakfast for two times.

Very quiet in room, and very clean...no bugs (other thn lots of mosquitoes.Shower was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. WiFi was very good in room, had it's own individual WiFi router in room.

-The room (101) has a Sony TV in the room with remote for YouTube and Netflix. No instructions how to get either to work on the TV. 3 girls from reception came down to work on it and was able to get 2 channels in English to work (but the power from construction above my room, went out numerous times and I was never able to get those 2 channels to work again). But the girls could not figure out how to get Netflix set up to work on the TV. I had stayed in numerous hotels in Cambodia and Thailand (bike touring) and the remotes worked flawlessly in those hotels I stayed.. Worst TV setup I have ever seen in a hotel anywhere I stayed in SE Asia.- No hand towels,, only bath towels. I would have thought for a hotel billing itself as a 4 star hotel (and more expensive than many 4 star hotels I've stayed at in Thailand,, as I paid 2800 baht a night ($80 USD).- The room is actually quite small for what I was paying, as it had no desk for laptop or even a chair in the room - No tissues in the bathroom.- No soap dish in bathroom.- The breakfast dishes were all cold; staff just stood around and hadn't even bothered to check the sterno to make sure the food dishes were warm or hot. I complained on the first day and the next day they had sterno lit under several dishes. Very few dishes at breakfast. Breakfast I felt was really poor (for 2800 baht a night). The plates to put food on were quite small and only a fork and spoon provided for silverware; no knife. Breakfast food was pretty much the same every day. I stopped going after the second day I stayed there. (7 nights).- The coffee machine is all in Thai. - Fresh fruit plates at breakfast were routinely empty and not filled.- The only outlet near the bed is located underneath an extended table for nightstand. Poor placement as I had to get on my hands and knees to crawl under the nightstand to plug into electrical outlet.I would not recommend this accomodation...certainly not even close to a 4 star
