Great location, Great air conditioning

Breakfast was pretty poor for the price and the whole place looks a bit worn.

The room was a nice size and shower was large with a ledge to sit on. It had hot water and good pressure. Air conditioner worked good and blackout curtains were great. The deck was huge with a comfortable daybed, drying rack and tree. 2 pool towels in room that were changed everyday that we took to the beach. View overlooked the pool. Cleaning staff were excellent. Location was across the street from the beach where you could rent chairs and umbrellas for $100thb per person. All the staff did whatever they could to make our stay enjoyable. For direct access to the pool you need to be on the main floor. Complimentary breakfast. There was a laundry service not far from the hotel that did an excellent job and 1/2 the price. Lots of street food, restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shopping just outside front entrance of hotel. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of things could be improved but overall very good.

The WIFI wasn’t great, hit & miss. Pillows were too hard, no soft ones. Breakfast wasn’t good. Cold made ahead fried eggs, cold potatoes and chicken sausage, limited Thai dishes. Same everyday. OK if you’re only there for 1-3 nights but not for 7 days. It would have been nice to have a dresser and more hangers to put some clothes away.

I was there for six years ago, then it was great - but now it is time for them to refurb. A little bit tired and well used especially the roof top swimming area.

Very clean and variety of food for breakfast. I like the parking area and security of hotel.

The rooms we took was pools access which is very nice and convenient for us to get to pool from our rooms. Also which is connect to Jacuzzi.

We was rush for the trip and booked online. Going to beach is to enjoy the sea and we cannot find sea view from the list and take pool access rooms. As I reach to hotel, they have 6 sea view rooms which only make available by walk-in or by call only. Which gives more privileges to walk-in guest. I like to see the sea from the room but not a chance.

Breakfast definitely for Asian guests, lots and lots of it, western guests, cold eggs, hot dogs in warm water, and toast. My mistake staying at hotel with rooms surrounding a pool. Children noisy, also going back to there rooms dropping water on dark floors, not good for people not on the ball. Accidents waiting to happen, parents again not thinking of others.

After staying in other FuramaXclusive hotels in Bangkok and Singapore, we expected this one to be of the same high standard. It was somewhat disappointing, as room basic and tired. Sofa was stained and ripped. Double bed pushed against the wall so only access 1 side as not enough room for bedside cabinet. No dining area as advertised on room facilites.

Excellent location in Cha-am at the beach front with good comfortable rooms with friendly staff. Children loved the kid zone and swimming pool adjacent to the room as well as the slider.

I have stayed in FuramaXclusive several times before, and I have the impression maintenance and upkeep can be improved. Although still satisfactory the building starts to be fading and shower door and shower hose were broken. Breakfast was pretty basic and can be improved by offering whole wheat bread, croissants, cheese and bacon.

Great location on the beach .. a nice pool for children , Breakfast was plentiful .

A little bit old and worn in places.The slider at the children's pool had no water so it was useless for children to play.Parking was very tight.All in all a bit overpriced .we paid 7000 baht for 3 nights.

Location was excellent. The cleaner who did our room was excellent.The roof pool however was not clean.

Hotel advertises a roof to pool. However for some strange reason this was only open at weekends. This meant that the pigeons take over during the week. We went up at weekend only to fin pigeon dirt everywhere and a dying pigeon in the pool! I’m sure this would not happen if the pool was open all week and cleaned daily. Also the hotel advertised a swim up bar (which was what attracted us to the property). This was situated in the children’s pool are - access was from the small jacuzzi- and was closed! Website should be updated to show these details - false advertising!

Beautiful room with pool. There are so many choices of breakfast. Good location. Walks beaches only 30 seconds.
