Everything, the peace and quiet, the breakfast, the room - all superb

free parking and spacious room

no toothbrush and toothpaste provided. bath towel was frayed at the edges. there was a cockroach in the room. the aircon didn't work for a certain period after being turned on for too long

Very clean and good location also friendly staff most importantly the hotel is very safe , nice pool, excellent breakfast ! Reasonable price for this hotel

when i made the booking i requested 1 hour early check in but she refused my early check in , she also wanted to cancel my reservation with booking.com "i don't understand why she wanted to cancel it", she refused to check me in and when i asked her for 30 minutes late check out for my prayer "which is normal to be given for you in all hotels" she also refused rudely and told me to pay 500 thai bahts to stay 1 hour , i paid the money , in my check out day we where out and returned back to our room at 12:15 pm the key card didn't open our room door , when my wife talked to the same receptionist and told her that we paid for 1 hour more why you didn't program your system? she just said sorry , when i go for the check out and asked her why we couldn't enter our room she replied to me arrogantly "sorry" , the room need to be maintain

Nice rooms, good bed & bathroom, nice swimming pool.

Breakfast could be improved, with more variety and a good coffee machine.

Our second floor room was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean with a big balcony and an outside bed large enough for two.The hotel has a big pool and is just across the road from the sea. I would happily stay at Bann Pantai again.

The resort is very nice, clean and the staff are very friendly. Some little major things need a bit of fixing but that's not a bother.

High tide beach slightly restricted

The hotel is located approximately in the middle of cha am Beach. There are many places around it that can be an alternative to eat and drink. The hotel is a comfortable, quiet hotel with a large pool. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is not bad. It performed above my expectations. I recommend it.

Breakfast could perhaps be a little better and a little more Western style.

A very nice place to spend a few nights. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel is directly across the road from the beach and only a short stroll from the bars. The staff were all friendly and helpful. No complaints here.
