We love the beach area. Hotel room and breakfast was okay .

Playroom is not good . All the toys were damaged

Amazing staff, breakfast, beach area, beach bar and Sands restaurant, water slide and pool, pizza cafe and everything. I loved it all.

Nothing. Leaving was hard.

I like the swimming pool a lot. There are good selection of TV channels.

The hot shower/breakfast were just soso. The bed is a bit hard. The bathroom is very small.

The hotel is a bit small. Not much space to walk around.

Reserved the wrong room from twin bedroom to king bed. Chech in late for 30-50 min.

5x pax and 1 dog Travellers- Superb location. The hotel is beach front. Great value and one of the best and most cozy pet friendly hotels we have stayed so far. We stayed in the quiet wing, 1st floor pet friendly zone. We booked two Superior rooms. My son and his gf came back from dinner and found lots of bed bugs all over their bed sheets, pillow cases, and beds table. All pet friendly rooms at the same price were sold out. Staff were so nice as they upgraded him to an Ocean Wing Junior Suite without charge. My room was clean and tidy, so I had no issues with it. The hotels swimming pool is amazing. We will definitely come back.

They asked for cash deposit up front when we checked in. It is not normal for us to carry cash these days when everything is paid via mobile phones. I wish they would have changed our credit card and voided it later when we checked out instead of requesting a cash deposit.

I would have liked more if things were right from the beginning.

I booked a room with pool access. We brought our 3.5kg small dog. While checking in, they said no pets in the pool access room. This is the main reason why I came to stay here for the pool access from the room. I also did not get a credit since I they downgraded us. I talked to the manager, and they said that since I booked with Booking.com, they would not give me a credit. Which I am not happy about. I will not stay here again and will let my friends with dogs not to stay here.

Good location, I can stay for a long time to relax and good staff who serve me for comfortable

Many people are on vacation, which makes it more dangerous and confusing

The property is pretty new. The room was clean, and wide (we booked the ocean view suite). The beach is nice. The beach bar too. Overall it was pretty nice.It’s a family hotel: plenty of family with kids.

It was ok, although maybe a bit overpriced.

Location is just nice, seems like a private beach.

Room is too small and not clean enough, had some ants in the toilet and table.Service: Firstly, they asked me to download the hotel’s app so it would be easier to contact the staff. But in reality, the response through the app was pretty slow. Calling the front desk directly was way faster and more convenient.

Breakfast is variety.

Room and facility is not so Centara standard. Bath room is too small.

The beach, restaurant & beach bar.

The large groups taking over the pool & the housekeeping team did not clean the rooms properly. My daughter had to move room as she had cockroaches in the bathroom.

Location, private beach acess, facilities, food, activities, pet friendly, and staff all are excellent! Everything exceeds our expectation.

Lovely quiet hotel. Good location right on the beach.

Need more sunbeds on the beach, or more by pool on the sun. And don't charge service charge at beach bar, when you go upto bar to get your own drink

The pool access room is wonderful-it's clean, peaceful, and quiet. I highly recommend it! The spa is great as well. The price is reasonable, and the staffs are very skilled.

The breakfast is good with so many choices. However, there are quite a few ants in the tea and coffee area, which needs to be addressed.

- it is an old property, the room, the furniture, older than it looked in pictures- SUPER LOUD air condition, needed earbuds - scary elevator- spacious room indeed, but no proper working table, there is one with a big mirror and very very bright lighting (?idk what for) but when you sit to work there with that lighting it felt weird and without it became too dark, ended up working with my laptop on the bed.- expect morning light to wake u up, despite the blackout curtains. - the room i had, the WC door didn’t close properly- the parking lot entrance was through the back of the kitchen or something..
