Room needs to be remodel completely.

The view was amazing! The breakfast was perfect! The staff was very friendly and the cleaning service was excellent!

The food in the restaurants was average, the seating was uncomfortable,

Friendly and attentive staff, good pool with slide, excellent view, calm area, 7-Eleven, massage-salons and restaurants just 5 minutes away.

Rooms show their age, a bit far away from Hua Hin and Cha-Am (Grab taxi app is recommended)

The place was very family friendly.We received a nice room update.The staff was very helpful.

The cleaning in the room was some time ok, some time not, depending who cleaned the room

Very nice hotel room very friendly staff the swimming pools is very big nice an comfortable ,breakfast are perfect both Thai food + European food I love it, Redison hotel is the best hotel for my holidays trip in cha am.

I have been travelling to many hotels and most mean nothing to me except this one! I was sick and locked myself up in the room for resting, I got a call from the duty manager checking up on me and making sure I am ok. She then send me a fruit tray to wish me a speedy recover. Thank you Nicky and I was touched. Hotel is beautiful and clean, roomy! good breakfast! Love everything about you guys! definitely coming back for sure!!

Good overall, clean rooms, decent amenities, happy smiley staff. You get what you see.

The drive to the hotel is pretty meh. If you have your own vehicle, its alright but otherwise a bit of a hassle to get there.

Indian dishes among breakfast menus were tasty.

The hotel facility overall was so worn out / outdated. Room was dirty with lots of human hairs on the floor even when I just checked in. Water was not hot enough in the shower. Bath robe and towel were so worn out and some corners were ripped. Wifi was so slow. Staffs were not that friendly at the reception. Pool water was not clean. For check out, the staff failed returning my deposit until I came back and asked for it and no apology for their mistake and just defending the staff and even blamed me that I did not present the receipt for the deposit. So many things that I was disappointed. We don't want to come back.

Lots of things for the kids- pool, basketball court, football field, skateboarding, good food at the restaurants

Quite old. Feels old. But it is not the worst. I lived on 7floor. On 4th floor there is big AirCon room. Vibrations and noise is felt on my 7th so that I could not sleep. Luckily stuff gave room in the middle of the night when I fails to sleep

Great swimming pool, kids friendly and many options to engage kids. I also enjoyed the great breakfast every morning. Hotel provides Spa but there are other option nearby if you look for cheap option :D :D

I was expecting beach connected to the Sea, in fact its not. Also, the door-lock had an issues, I complaint about that at the reception but they did not solved during my stay.

Pet friendly, very good. All room with view. Smart TV. Hot shower.

Room, a bit rundown but clean. No indoor parking, best locations are around drop-off area.

The hotel is nice in terms of room standard and cleanliness.

During this season the hotel beach was pretty much covered with the ocean during all of the day (tide), so not possible to swim or walk there, wish this was noted in the listing as it doesn't apply to all hotels in this area that are on the beach. Lastly, this hotel has some of the worst hotel cafe/restaurant I have ever had in Thailand in price VS what you get. Its just not well cooked and prices are high. Not to mention this place had the worst hotel breakfast coffee I have ever had in my life, they seriously need a new coffee machine and I was not the only one, there were groups of people discussing this around the machine on a daily basis for the week we stayed there. Also if you order a coffee in the hotel cafe they will just walk and make it in a machine and then charge you like it would have been a real proper coffee. Really the hotel is nice in terms of room standard and cleanliness, but its laughable the food they serve and what they charge for it, not to mention how can you screw up the coffee so badly? Will I stay again? No I won't, I will find a hotel in a better location so I don't have to take a taxi to the beach or have to leave the hotel just to get a proper coffee in the morning.
