The room are tooooo small you can not move properly and there is no space for my baggage’s

Good location if you plan to visit Konstanz and Rhine Falls. Not far from the train station. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Photos of the room types are misleading. We booked the Comfort Double Room (for an extra price compared to the Classic Queen Room), but the room we got was more similar in size and distribution to the Classic type (without the extra space and sofa shown in the photos for the Comfort type). We booked for 2 persons, but there was only 1 shower towel and 1 hand towel provided. Water boiler is available, but no tea bags provided.

Clean room and very friendly staff

Limited choice of the food at the restaurant. Rooms were a bit small.

Exceptional. All you can expect in a good BW hotel, but with friendly, cosy atmosphere of the small family hotel. And a chocolate Santa waiting near to each room door on 6th Dec morning :-)

You have to pay extra for a daily cleaning. And the last day I have to check out at 11 am and they prepared the room before 10 am when I was out having breakfast. They should not do anything until the guest checks out. I wanted to have a shower before leaving but I did not because everything was ready for the nect guests.

The bedroom was neat clean and modern setting. All had AC in the room which was very much required due to hot weather.

Hotel is in a central location within walking distance to the main town center and its attractions. I stayed at the Lamm for the Hegau Gravel Race and it was perfect for that (start/finish area a Rathausplatz is just a short ride away). The room itself was ideal for what I needed and a good size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very generous.

Not much to dislike. Unfortunately, my stay coincided with the local town festival and the games of the Euro. The autocorso celebrating Germany's victory and festivities in town were going late into the night. Assume the hotel neighbourhood is pretty quiet otherwise.

Ambience and room feel

My shower gel was not replenished (I didn’t ask for cleaning service, but topping up of consumables would still be required). And the sauna area had empty shower gel containers, too, and empty water bottles and glasses weren’t cleared for days.

Very nice room and good beds. Excellent breakfast. The hotel has one EV-loading station. Close by and walking distance there are restaurants and a shopping area. I would stay again!

A/c in the room. Little fridge and small, but decent room.

The entrence area is outdated and not really representative. We had to call for a worker to check us in, and there was no one for the check out either. Just had to leave the key card in a box. We found that strange.

The staff was super helpful and answered all the questions by email or in person. The facility was clean and with the special theme of Lam there were pictures and statues or art that my daughter loved.

There was no small fridge in the room I booked, I am not sure if that is all the rooms or just the one I booked

The room was confortable, and the location is quiet and near the city center. Staff was friendly and helpdul.

The bathroom was very clean but shower soap was missing. Also the bed was not properly made after the cleaning process, which did not occur until 4pm.

OK hotel for Singen. Nothing special, but meets work travel requirements. Very friendly and communicative staff.
