- The location is right in the city center and 2 blocks away from the train station. It's very convenient to get around and for taking the train to visit Rhine Falls in Switzerland. The hotel also provided coffee and tea all day with to go cups. The room was priced at a great value when I booked it.

Marina at the reception was so kind and provided an excellent service. I was informed that the in-person check-in is only until 10 pm but my trains got delayed and cancelled, so I wasn’t sure if I could get there by 10 pm. Marina assured me that she will wait for me and she did! I only stayed there for one night but I actually wanted to stay longer ? if I ever go back to Singen, I’d definitely stay here again.

- The shower didn't have a door. It got very cold with the AC on. Safety box was locked, the hotel staff couldn't open it and said that they were going to send a specialist the following day, but they seemed to have forgotten it. The parking garage recommended was extremely pricy. I thought it was based on entry time count for 24 hours, but in fact it was per calendar day, 15 euros per day.
- The distribution inside the room was a little bit odd (the shower is inside the bedroom, no privacy there.
