Cons -
- The air conditioner in the room did not work well. The room would only cool to 19c. There was not vent over the bed so it was hot.
- Construction activity on two streets surrounding the hotel were not disclosed and the Courtyard View Room I paid for was not available so we had a view and sound of the construction activity! Horrible experience!
- Its not really a complaint because it is in the center of a very old and busy location but there was not enough parking. If I had known how few spaces there were, I would have booked the parking further in advance.
