The property enjoys an excellent location, ideal for day trips to Alsace and the Black Forest, particularly during the Christmas market season. It is conveniently close to the city center, with a local Christmas market and a pleasant promenade nearby. Several supermarkets are located within a 5-minute drive.Service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff. Welcoming and helpful staff, and comfortable and well stocked with everything needed. We accidentally happened upon this location, and it was perfect.

Wonderful small hotel in a lovely setting. Room was nice, beds excellent and the bathroom spacious and clean. Perfect!

Super welcoming place. We had a very spacious apartment with all the amenities from a coffee machine to an oven. Breakfasts were good.

Location on a quiet street. Breakfast is decent although some things did not taste very fresh (cereal).

The hotel has a slightly old-school feel and could be upgraded as it advertises itself as a 4-star hotel (eg there are visible marks of usage on the carpets). The breakfast options are many but not all products tasted fresh (cereal), there were not that many fruits available.

Comfortable room, nice breakfast

This is not a complaint, since the hotel has good parking facilities, but it would be helpful to know that these are in the street behind the hotel (Mozart Weg). Access to the hotel is much easier from here than from the street given as the postal address.

Property is tired and dated, particularly the bathrooms. The location is quiet but away from the centre of town. The hotel claims to have a 4 star rating but is 2 star at best. It does not live up to the online reviews and photos.

Breakfast was great. Plenty of options. The scrambled eggs I had there were the best I had so far. Very accommodating personnel. Very quiet rooms - I did not hear other guests and I could rest well. The hotel is well positioned. I enjoyed my stay very much and looking forward to staying there again.

Nothing about the hotel. But just to know bad krozingen is a tiny town with not much open at the weekend. Big difference on Monday .

Very friendly staff and personal ambiente. Free parking, walk to the city in a matter of minutes. Nice walk walk along the river, especially for dog owners. Good restaurants in wakling distance.

Location is in a residential area. Room decor is old fashioned. Meals only available with half-board.
