Very friendly and efficient ladies at reception. Grateful they could accommodate us (2 families plus dogs) at last minute due to being badly let down by the previous hotel we had booked. Dated accomodation but extremely clean. Comfortable beds and good breakfast

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Poitiers, easy to park (outdoors). Very friendly staff and good breakfast. The rooms are fine for this type of hotel, not large but acceptable. There are some restaurants and supermarket nearby.

WiFi in the rooms was very patchy, it almost never worked. There are aircon units on the wall and remotes but they don't seem to work. To be fair, I think the hotel was not advertising aircon as a facility anyway, at least not for the room we booked. Not a problem as we could sleep with the window opened.

Easy access to car

No option for a larger room. No gates on car park.

Room was comfortable and quiet . Overall our stay was satisfactory . The staff were very pleasant & welcoming .Didn't have breakfast , but had dinner which was very good along with the housewine .

Wifi signal was poor in the bedroom . The bathroom could do with better ventilation because there was mould on the ceiling in the corner above the shower.

Restaurant closed on Sunday but understood why. Food is so good we were looking forward to our dinner all day.

I have stayed there some 6 years before, staff were very friendly then, as they are now. The hotel is older, but very comfortable and cosy, which, from previous experience, is why we chose it. Super evening meal, excellent breakfast, great service.

The area it is situated in is a bit run down and it's not easy to find.

Reasonable location en route through France. Quick overnight transit stop. Few restaurants nearby including petrol station. Has bar and restaurant on site although restaurant wasn't open.

Bit dated could do with a freshen up.

Friendly staff, spoke English better than I could speak my smattering of French! Room a nice size with comfy bed. Good value for money and good free parking right outside. Although on edge of small Industrial style area there was a decent Chinese buffet restaurant a chicken takeaway and a small supermarket within walking distance.

No tea or coffee making facility in room but you can get these from the bar restaurant

The area looked a little run down. The ac did not work and it was 30 degrees at midnight. A fan was available but not ideal.

Good price, free parking available. Connecting rooms supplied for family of 4. Staff were helpful, breakfast was good and well priced.Location ok for an overnight stop, opposite a shopping centre with plenty of restaurant choices and easy to access from motorway.There was an issue with local tap water when we stayed, staff made sure we were aware and bottled water was supplied in the rooms.

Rooms were quite dated and in need of a refresh, particularly the bathrooms. No curtains to block light from windows, only voile/net curtain.

Staff very helpful and pleasant, good ambassadors for the hotel. Room and bed are good for what you are paying..Very good breakfast spread, selection of meats, cheese's, yogurts and eggs to boil if you want. Had a nice evening meal (not available every day).

Lack of thermostatic shower controls. Shower small in area, very easy to turn shower off when turning around.

The room was clean and the lady at the reception was extremely helpful despite limited English. She allowed me to check in earlier as I arrived before 11am and the bed was pretty comfortable. The room was quiet and it represented good value for money. The number 2a bus stops right outside the hotel at Lavoissire which can be reached from opposite the railway station within 15 minutes and it was about a 35 minute walk to the centre.

Unfortunately there was no hot water at all. The shower was bitterly cold both nights. Given the fact that I was only staying for 2 nights and was not in the room very much, this wasn’t as bad as it might have been, but having read this review from others prior to coming, I am surprised that this still is the case. It’s a shame because everything else worked well and the staff were very friendly, but you can’t really be operating a 3 star chain hotel with a lack of hot water in the rooms…

The staff were exceptional and could not do enough for you. Great food, great prices and a lovely nights sleep. Forgot a Nintendo switch in the room and they ran it out to us as we were leaving! 10/10 recommended. Thank you.
