The wifi was good. Room was clean

Airconditioning didn't work that good. Room stayed at 27 degrees even though it was running on full power.

an excellently designed layout of the room - enough space, and spaces for needed things for a stay. Someone clearly thought out how to maximize while they minimalized! Bravo!

This is from an American perspective - we tend to like stronger air conditioning. But I do understand that this is not the norm here.

Basic but very clean. Good location for rail travel. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff

Affordable, very friendly receptionist man and lovely room service lady. Modern hotel. Modest but clean and safe.

The doors to the bathroom are not fully closed, with a gap on the bottom, not good for provacy.

"BATHROOM" CUBICLE, the small size of the room

It is located next to the train station and it is quite cheap.

It is noisy. Someone in the cleaning crew entered my room which I had locked approximately 45 min before the check-out time. They knocked the door. I anwered I was still in there, yet they entered. Although I admit they may not have heard me, maybe they should check with the front desk if a room has been left already.Moreover, I left my lugage at the front desk after checking out as I had couple of hours to wait. They did not label it, which I don't think is safe as anyone could claim it back if the staff at the front desk shifts between the time the lugage is left and the time it is taken back. But what bothered me the most was probably the fact that I was told to go to the train station nearby to use the bathroom as I wanted to use the one in the lobby before leaving. I was told that I had a bathroom in my room before I checked out and that I should have used it then. I may be wrong, but to my knowledge and experience, it is a common thing for guests of a hotel to be given access to the bathroom in the lobby upon arrival and before leaving completely after getting the luggage back, even if it is a few hours after the check out. Finally, as I was leaving, I overheard the lady at the front desk telling her collegue: "I don't want to have to clean after, I have other things to do". How nice, thank you for that!

One tiny pillow and very small room

Very limited and basic for the money compared to other Ibis budget hotels.

No car parking to register, and no deal with the multicarte park next to it.

Location next to train station. Excellent shower. Attended reception.

No hair drier. No proper chair only hard moulded plastic stool.

Staff were welcoming and the location was perfect for the 4 nights I was there, right next to railway station..10 minutes walk and you're in central Poitiers..Hotel was what I wanted but coffee making facilities for first thing would have been good but breakfast was sufficient.

Location next to railway station. We were not going to spend much time there so it suited our purposes.

The room was small but I expected this from a budget hotel. But simple things like the skimpy pillow on the bed made it unnecessarily uncomfortable.

It was a perfect for a stopover the night before taking the train from Poitiers. A budget stop in a lovely city.

Very helpful staff. Room is perfect, functional and spacious enough, especially for 1 person. Good breakfast, lots of choices. Location is ideal for travellers: next to train and bus station and the highway.

Location seems close to the city centre, but that is way higher. You have to take an endless flight of (colourfully painted!) stairs to get to the upper city.

Functional but clean and great for an overnight stay close to the railway station and handy for airport.
