A convenient stopover. In a good location with friendly staff.

A bit tired and basic

Super friendly morning shift staff. Night shift staff were friendly the morning shift was better smiling great us with great smile if wasn’t traveling I would stay for view days

Not expensive

Although they advertised a restaurant, it was closed and there were no restaurants in walking distance. It was not possible to close the bedroom door. We had a key (not a card), we had to turn the key to lock the door but there was no keyhole on the inside. There was no carpet or rug beside the bed. We stayed in a very similar hotel in another city the night before, it even had the exact same layout as this one but it was more comfortable with carpet on the floor and air conditioning

There was a very welcoming atmosphere and the staff were all amazing. The hotel was conveniently located just off the motorway and we had a great night sleep. Amazing value for money, probably one of the best value hotels we’ve stayed at.

Both breakfast and dinner were excellent for the price paid. The room was adequate and was what you would expect from a chain touring hotel. Parking right outside.

Maintenance could have been better - the shower fitting was broken so it had to be hand held. The heating was set at 19 degrees which is not adequate for early March. Because of these points I have given it 7 and not 8.

a terrible stay

They lied about the size of the room, it was only about 10＋ M2, , but it was marked at booking as 34 M2. . and also didn't look like the online pictures. The room was small and stuffy, and the bathroom smelled.

Young staff all brilliant, smiling and helpful. Willing to do what they can. Very decent breakfast.

The ground floor smelt of mildew. The room was not very clean. The beds need renewing.

That you could dine at the onsite restaurant

The hotel was locked when we arrived at 16.45. I read that check in was not until 17.00, which is very late. I didn't expect to be left outside the hotel in the rain until they opened the door at 17.00?

Imalways use this hotel in Poitiers when I’m travelling with dogs and clients ,I have a pet chauffeur service from Spain

Staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Bed was super comfy.

Room was very small for 2 adults and a German shepherd dog, but we managed!

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable also the shower was very nice. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent.

The breakfast was not to our taste and not worth the money.
