Great location near to restaurants and shopping and not far from the train station.

I liked the property.

Great quiet place, adequate rooms, great breakfast, professional receptionist, no artificial perfumes

The guy at the register was extremely nice and welcoming. Treats are free at the counter. The room we stayed in came with air-con and a hairdryer and the overall theme of the hotel is quite amusing. The breakfast was delicious as well as simple and the views are amazing from the tables.

All the staff were very friendly. Excellent, central location and an amazing breakfast. Although, the hotel car park was full, there was another one really close by. Very comfortable bed too

Brilliantly located in a wonderful part of Central Poitiers. The breakfast room is pleasant and the breakfast itself nicely varied.

The rooms are mostly in a contemporary property, utterly lacking in charm or individuality. Quite basic.

I have stayed with this hotel for many times. Brilliant location, super friendly staff, nice breakfast. All that at a reasonable rate.

When I arrived my room was extremely heated up after a few seriously hot and humid days. But AirCondition Services were not turned on according to staff at the reception. Sleeping in a heated up room was NOT FUN.

The staff are very efficient, the room immaculate and the location near the centre. This is the 5th time I have stayed at the hotel, always consistently great!

The hotel has the best location, a quick 5 minutes walking distance to the centres of the commerces and close to the main ancient sites like Notre-Dame la Grande church (which is now closed under renovation until 2027), Cure de Saint Porchaire and the Palais of Poitiers (later courthouse), and the other sites like the Saint Pierre Cathedral and the museum isn't far too (walking distance). The cleanliness is 10/10, spotless and the staffs are friendly and helpful. The space is quite big for a triple room.

The fact that the view from our room doesn't look exactly like on the booking.com photos. The rooms and the amenities aren't exactly in the same building.

The rooms are basic and everything you need.Whilst there is no fridge you can get fresh milk from reception at anytime for your hot drinks which are in your room

The curtains could be more "black out".I'm a light sleeper so this could just be an issue for me.This wouldn't stop me returning.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an electric car that needed a charger and they were very accommodating.

There was little to dislike. The appearance of the hotel garden could have been better and they don’t provide washcloths otherwise the place looked great.

Everything This hotel although part of a group was run by the staff as though they owned it. The location is perfect it is incredible value for money

The instructions for finding the hotel that we received before we arrived were perfect and the welcome we received was delightful. The staff are lovely and very informative.The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. There is a wonderful sitting room and bar area in the main hotel building too.Hotel de L'Europe is situated just outside the pedestrianised city centre so very easy to walk to. There is plenty to see in this beautiful Medieval city with a huge square surrounded by bars and restaurants.Breakfast was superb with a great selection of foods.

Everything good and the team and atmosphere lovely. We asked for twin beds and they were too narrow, that is my only complaint

Beds too narrow Lighting to dark or too bright!

The buffet style breakfast served in the garden room was particularly good. It included not only the usual pastries, bread, juices and coffee associated with a French breakfast, but also some wonderful cheese and Jésus de Lyon saucisson.

Nothing - everything was excellent.

Very pleasant welcome to Hotel, staff very friendly. Quiet room 007 overlooking garden. Bed comfy. Brilliant location much closer than thought to everything.Breakfast was excellent, all fresh and plentifulSuggest ordering taxi beforehand if travelling from Airport.

Hotel in city centre, easy parking and easy to find re satnav. Friendly staff, took time to explain the area

Location very good,right in the middle of town.Very comfortable room,big bed.Exceptional lady receptionist, very friendly helpful and knowledgeable...We had a great stay and will go back again
