Clean, fast check in, friendly staff and strategic location

Too Noisy

HousekeepingBreakfast 6.30am-8.30am, u expect hotel guest wake up and come for breakfast 8am.In token mentioned 6.30am to 10.30am but when u reach cafe 8am they said close due to Puasa..its really bad.All races shall be treated equally atleast in hotel.We also pay same amount like others

water heater problem, the hotel cannot manage to fix it. limited breakfast menu. only mee goreng, bubur & roti.

The location. Near to many shop and food area. Not expecting too much on their breakfast because it is free

No parking. Just, you get some, you lose some.

The room was not clean, the bed was uncomfortable and everything looked like it could use some renovation. Not recommended

Location is at prime area. Eateries are near and there is a supermarket just right next to it

Poor hotel management! Staffs are rude. Food is horrible, not worth the value of RM 15. Coffee and tea are sweetened by default. Not everyone likes sugar please! The system used at the cafeteria is definitely not sustainable at all! On average, I have to wait for 30 minutes on the first day to get my pathetic looking nasi lemak. Worse, on day 2, I didnt even get my breakfast at all after over 30 minutes wait time (served me the wrong order twice in between) and I ought to leave without breakfast since this is a work visit to Lahad Datu. And NO APOLOGY FROM ANYONE - I did complained verbally to the concierge upon checkout hoping they will get my feedbacks to the cafeterias staffs but I wasnt entertained. Maintenance should also be improved on the draining system in the room. Level 5 bathrooms drainage is superbly off and water will accumulate and spills into the clean area. That looks pathetic!

Good location as there are shops, laundromats (self service laundry) and restaurants in the area (Servay hypermarket is right next door). Room is spacious.

Cleanliness of the room & bathroom can be improved. Room was a bit dusty. Parking areas are limited so you might have to park a bit far or wait for nearby parking to be available.

Comfortable stay at one of the towns popular district. Clean, and friendly service from staff members.Stayed during Ramadhan, and Im quite surprised they provided meal including hot drink for sahur, which was not mentioned earlier when I made my booking.

Not sound-proof. Voices and chatters of other guests/staffs walking outside at the hallways can heard clearly from inside.

There is no fridge in the room. Soundproofing is not well built. Parking can be troublesome during the day.Otherwise, everything is great in this hotel.
