Pros +
- The breakfast was very good and the dining room was very clean
- Location, comfortable new mattresses and the front desk reception man
- Super clean and tidy place. The rooms were bigger than we thought, and everything was well-kept with fresh towels and bedding. The staff was really nice, and they gave us connecting rooms without us even asking, which was a sweet touch since we were a family. Also, we were gonna be super late. After I called to let them know, the guy stayed extra to make sure we checked in smoothly. Breakfast was really well set up with good choices. The breakfast bar had tons of tables and space. Parking was no problem either. If you're looking for a stopover before heading back to Calais, this is a great one at a good price.
Cons -
- The room was very dark and the bathroom door did not close properly and was warped. The carpet in the corridors are all stained and the carpets to the first floor is stained and threadbare causing a trip hazard
- Room very cramped, and outdated, bathroom very small difficult and unsafe to navigate, shower poor, toilet blocked very easily and public access toilets also no flushing correctly c,early an issue with site drainage.
- There were no English channels or subtitle options with the TVs.

The receptionist and staff were lovely, even got some extra pasteries to our little one.
The location is in a shopping park so no charm and you would then have to drive to access Amiens centre. The room was very small and the bathroom had mould around the shower glass. It’s a bit soulless but practical if you just need somewhere to sleep.
Clean and friendly. Ideal for shopping and autoroute. Good value
Highway access, grassy area for dog, simple but good breakfast. Evening receptionist helped me with a late check in, very pleasant.
My warm and fuzzy “I will be back” feeling was doused with ice water by the morning cleaners, who began banging on my door fifteen minutes before checkout. This was repeated three times, each time setting off the dog and further delaying my departure. I asked for fifteen more minutes to prepare without interruption. The morning desk clerk appeared at my door with two cleaners in full intimidation mode, threatening a €25 late fee. It was a terrible experience. I take this route twice a year, but I will find an alternative because the nasty treatment is not worth the convenience.
Very good value for money, easy check in and check out
Shower left a bit to be desired
Ok
Take away the bathtub and have only a shower, the bathtub is difficult to climb in and out of and could be slippery.Could also be more hooks in the room to hang clothes on.
We stayed for one night and found it quite comfortable for our family. We booked two rooms next to each other and got exactly that, despite our late check-in. The room was clean, with fresh bed linen and towels.
However, we were a bit disappointed to find some mould on the ceiling near the window. The soundproofing wasn’t great either — during the night we could hear everything: dogs, televisions, and people talking.
Good location. Nice staff and easy check in and out.
Broken shower and unpleasant bathroom. Noisy as no soundproof to rooms.
Very basic room, no elevator, in a good location. Breafast was nice.
No elevator.
Easy to find Simple late night check in
I didn’t like that there’s no staff there at night. There was an almighty bang and then lots of men talking for a good hour and it scared me , it also meant that I had very interrupted sleep
Only 90mins to eurotunnel. Ideal for one night or a shopping trip being on a large retail complex. All facilities adequate.
Breakfast was ok
Never been anywhere where there was so much noise made be people run and shouting in the hallways late at night horrendous
Clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was satisfactory. The staff were welcoming and friendly
Very basic, no frills. Bathroom needs a refit
The images provided in the web site are grossly exagerated. The hotel is tired and needs renovation
The manager allowed people to have dogs on the bench seats at breakfast. The dog owner was using crockery from the hotel to fee the dog and even heated the dog food up in the microwave. I have allergies to dog/pet hair and therefore was unable to eat in the room and feared using any crockery etc
Nice place to overnight during a long drive. Friendly staff and able to get adjoining rooms connected by a door was a plus. Very close to a large supermarket. Would stay again.
Ease of check-in, the staff were fast and friendly. Facilities were clean and easy to use and the coffee machine was very much appreciated
Great location
No air conditioning and no fans available.
Super friendly staff. Welcomed 3 dogs for 2 rooms., which is great!
I enjoy english breakfast that wasn't available but that's a personal preference, not a complaint as such
