Inattentive staff, either scrollong on their phones or outside smoking

À quirky hotel with everything you need for a short stay, clean , comfortable with. À Great bar and restaurant . Superb breakfast buffet and underground parking

A fantastic hotel 2 minutes walk from the Train Station. A modern design with comfortable facilities which is ideal for a business trip or an overnight stay.

It’s not a 5 star hotel, so if you’re looking for luxury you might be disappointed, however it doesn’t pretend to be 5 star and it has everything you need at an affordable price. Nothing negative to say about the hotel.

The central location very near the train station is easy to find and to use as a base.The hotel provides an expansive space to relax, work or meet friends in the reception area. A continental breakfast is provided and the food is wonderful.

Excellent breakfast, shower and location.

Great welcome. We liked the modern style. Bed very comfortable and good bathroom with large shower and everything working. Breakfast was perfectly adequate for the grade of hotel. Secure underground parking - if you book in advance.

The lifts are too small when the hotel is busy.

Staff great especially Alyssa who helped me soMuch with my train ticket back to Lille. She was so helpful friendly and courteous and a great asset to your company. A true gem

Comfortable, clean good staff and amazing service

Bed was comfortable but there no side tables or other furniture and more importantly there was no fridge to store drinks

It was very cool, clean and right in the heart of the town. Breakfast was pretty good and smoothly run and the key elements - bed and showers were perfect.

Don’t book if you have a car that needs secure parking. The nearest car park has a height limit of 1.80cm so you would need to park at the station. Around 15-20 mins away and not great if you have bags as the one way system in Amiens means a 20min drive to the car park as well. The actual hotel itself is great.

Ideally located for the town and close to the station

The decor was very basic, breakfast was not replenished very quickly but I understand the need to reduce food waste.

The Ibis Styles is in a perfect location. Plenty of restaurants and shopping are very close by. The cathedral, river, and old city are within a short walk. The hotel was comfortable and accommodating. Our room's air conditioning wasn't working on arrival, but they very quickly switched to a different room without any fuss. The beds were comfy and the room was quiet. The breakfast had a good assortment of items and was very tasty, with a lovely interior terrace. We would definitely stay here again.

The parking is very convenient, but you have to know how to find it. Make sure that you put the parking garage address -- NOT the hotel address -- into your navigation system, or you will wind up on the wrong side of about 7 minutes of driving on one-way streets. Still, it was great to have secure parking in the center of the city for a reasonable fee.

Everything except the reception.Worst ever experienced.

When we arrived the lady at the reception did not say anything except: “NOM?”Then we got the room number and key.So she just spend only ONE word. Effective but it has nothing to do with hospitality !
