Pros +
- The location is perfect, just a short walk from the centre ville and from the SNCF train station. The St. Leu neighborhood is within sight. The rooms are reasonably nice, clean, and comfortable.
- Great value for the location. Despite overlooking a busy intersection, windows were well insulated and we didn't hear much traffic noise. Parking was possible across the street along the river - free overnight, paid from 9 AM and possible to pay from an app (so we didn't have to physically go to the lot to pay for a parking ticket)
- There was a lot of space in the room. Plenty of places for luggage and room for our dog. Bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows in the closet.
Cons -
- The reception hours are odd and include a break between 12 and 2. Internet use is not included in the price, and the breakfast is relatively expensive for the quality.
- Futon bed in the living room wasn't very comfortable and was very squeaky.
- The walls are not very insulated. We could hear what was going on in the hall, room next door, or outside very much. Noise doesn't bother us much but it might for others.

I really liked the location, especially the highly placed rooms with spectacular views of the city.
the toilets, mainly the toilets, smell of decay also no reserved vehicle parking
The rooms were spacious and had big windows making them bright even on a very cloudy day
The sofa bed was not very comfortable.
Good location - close to the main station, close to the main parts of town. Room was quiet despite facing one of the main roads through Amiens.
Minor issue with clashing doors to bathroom and bedroom but it was manageable.
Clean, quiet and very comfortable. Location is excellent for the rail station and close to the centre
Very sparse cutlery. No sharp knife or bread knife
Exceptionally good value price, well equipped appartment, comfortable beds, clean and tidy. Attentive and pleasant staff. Very close to the station and buses
The one kitchen cupboard door was damaged and the shower and tap fitting in the bathroom were loose. mentioned this to their staff so hopefully these two minor bothers will be attended to.
Close to the train station but very quiet. Roomy space, comfy bed, big bathroom, efficient little kitchen, great views and an elevator!!
It was quiet.
Hard to park near the hotel front door. Reception was on the first. Room had loose, cracked floor tiles, stained sofa, mold in shower. Photos available.
Good value and location by the river Somme with plenty of nice bars & restaurants. Kitchen facilities in each room. Spacious room. Good shower.
Would have liked some tea bags as there is a kettle. No parking though after 17.30 on Saturday until Monday morning it’s free by the riverside. Can hear traffic noises at night.
Very clean, spacious and comfortable.
Overall, I was pleased!
Nice, vlean and comfortable. Abdou at reception was great.
Comfortable and clean
The floor smells of cigarettes due to some guests not respecting the rules, it spoiled the stay.
The location is ideal less than 5 minutes from the train station and the "rue des 3 cailloux".The view from the room was very nice as we had a panoramic view of the city, it was really nice.
For an aparthotel, the room facilities were pretty poor compared to other aparthotels I've stayed in before. There was no kettle and the walls would need to be renovated as some corners were damp.
Hotel was well located and close to the city tourist sites such as the cathedral. It was also close to the train station and a short walking distance to many restaurants.
The single beds were very narrow - at least 12cm less than a standard UK single bed. Take this into consideration if you are on the large side. There was no kettle, no tea bags or coffee whitener/creamer. We were 2 friends sharing the room and only given 2 coffee pods for a 2 night stay.
Great Location, with a bus stop in front, from which many locations of the city can be reached. Rooms were large and spacious, and the kitchenette had all the amenities and utensils to prepare meals inside if one wanted. The view from the window was also nice.
Beds could be more comfortable, but this is a personal preference.
Spacious, clean and comfortable, beautiful view from the window. The room even had a kitchen.Close to the city centre.
The room was very clean and tidy when we came there, but no one was coming to clean it or change the towels during our stay.
Our favourite stop on the way home. Great location in the centre of Amiens. Parking is free in July and August and we've always found a spot on the street outside. Our 8th year to use these appartments as within a 5 minute walk you have a great choice of restaurants and bars. See you next year.
Staff was friendly.
The rooms smelled bad, it was not clean and the poor air circulation led to a very bad nights sleep. Won’t be staying there again.
