    • Location
    • The staff were friendly and helpful. There is no lift in this hotel and our room was on the top floor, but it was comfortable and fine for one night. Breakfast was good and it has a place to park though the entrance is difficult to spot at night when driving along their one way street.
    • location amazing, few minutes walk to the main Christmas market. Extremely friendly staff, even one who helped direct us to the secure car park. Loads of information on what to do around there in the reception and they let us keep the car in the carpark for as long as we wanted which was great for city centre parking. Had a kettle and nice coffee for the morning, just a nice city centre hotel.

    Cons -

    • needs a tiny bit of updating but nothing major
    • Noisy floors,only a hand held shower.
    • Needed maintenance, stairs up to the rooms had loose step guards with screws sticking out. Entrance and communal areas very dated. Only 3 plug sockets in the room, with one not working. No sockets near where the kettle should be so had to have it on the bedside table. Sockets were also loose from the wall so taking plugs out was tricky. Had to hold shower head as the shower holder was broken. Towel rail in the bath meant I hit my head on it repeatedly whist having a shower.

Handy to park the car out the back. Then walked everywhere as it was great location. Clean and comfortable, on a scale that suited the price we paid.

For a budget option, this was a comfortable place for a one-night stay. It's well located, very close to the railway station, and within easy walking distance of all the shops, restaurants and nightlife in the centre of Amiens. Check-in was straightforward, and the staff were very friendly. I wished for nothing more.

Room was basic but clean. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

A little cramped in the room.

    8DavidPosted on: 9-15-2025

Great location to visit the Cathedral and city centre. Friendly staff. Great value for money breakfast. Secure car park, however, if you have a large car, you will need to reverse in as it is a tight entrance.

It is what it is. A cheap place to stay. All was good. No place has a bed as comfy as my one at home and one gets used to sleeping on strange bedding. Very convenient parking for our car. Receptionist was very helpful. It was easy to find.

Be aware. We had to climb three flights of stairs, which was ok for me but my sister would have preferred fewer steps (my fault, I booked).

Location was central and convenient. Breakfast was simple but good. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.Wifi worked but unsecured so had to use my own network.Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Toilet water was turned off and once turned on, often ran. Bathroom was very small, with the shower practically on top of the toilet. Water went everywhere (a bath mat or 'serpillère' would help. Hook for shower head was broken, as was the soap holder.Sink was functional but very small.Coffee was ordinary (from a machine).

The staff was very friendly and helpful

The room smelled as if someone had been smoking in there for a while. Even after venting it didn't go away. The rooms are marked as non-smoking so it would have been nice for them to check that.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking charge was wavered and only charged for one child's breakfast.

The road on which it is situated is one way and parking isn't clear, my wife had to ask reception and then they guided us into a really tight corridor while we got honked at by a passing car. Very dodgy looking road. 3rd floor family room with a neck breaking stairs with wobbly banister not easy to maneuver with luggage. Unfortunately it was 31°c when we arrived and a furnace up in the attic room with a single fan to circulate the humid air. My eldest son had a nightmare because he was so hot and my wife had to take her asthma inhaler. Barely slept as it was so uncomfortable and left bathroom door open in hope that the extraction fan would help. Don't even get us started on the decoration but the wallpaper should be a crime, it was a busy pattern whichmade the smallroom look even smallerBreakfast was a sad affair, no hot food, although we were given more milk.We were glad to leave

    The location..

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in a while, bathroom is on a separate floor & not explained well. The bathroom is in very poor condition & you need to wait approx 10minutes for the water to get warm in the shower. It really needs fixing..

    5GrahamPosted on: 7-28-2025

Breakfast was good but there was no decaffeinated coffee or tea available.

Could use extra bedside lamp. Staff can make sure there is sufficient toilet paper in the bathroom!

    4MichaelPosted on: 7-14-2025

In fairness the room was disappointing but the sheets were white and clean.

The room was old and the bathroom was poor. Cracked tiles and sink and the toilet was poor. The room was noisy from adjacent rooms and outside. An additional €10.00 for parking we were unaware of and parking on unmade ground. Picture gave us false expectations.

Location in Central, staff very friendly. Room good size.

Small hotel nothing around .breakfast area very small.

    7AleksandraPosted on: 6-28-2025

Simple room, friendly staff, good wifi, good breakfast buffet, great location, quiet street, good value for money

Although the bed was spacious, the room was small, typical for France. With an outside temperature of 30 degrees C, there shouldn't be fur decorations on the bed.

    4SuzannePosted on: 6-24-2025

    Close to train station

The area felt a bit unsafe for a solo woman traveler- I was often approached in the street near the hotel. The top floor up lots of stairs and no windows was also a less than ideal room.

    6MichaelPosted on: 6-18-2025

Friendly staff, hotel situated close to rail station

The hotel needs some renovation as its interior is quite tired. Breakfast was basic. No lift present.
