Pros +
- The location is very good. Located near to the morning market, meeting market, and restaurants. The price is very valuable. It has a big carparking.
- Central location. Friendly staff with good English. Strong wifi. Good price. Plenty of parking.
- The check in guy was nice.
Cons -
- The cleanliness is very POOR. There are a lot of dust in our room, stairs, corridor, and wall. The lifts were out of order that was okay to us because it is such an accident. But the cleanliness is NOT the accident it is manageable!!! I had to bring a sweeper from my grand father house to clean the room by myself (look at the attached photo and you will understand how much dust in the floor of the room) We stay 3 nights but the staffs never add-up drinking water to our room. We had only 2 bottles during 3-night stay.
- What a depressing, poorly maintained pile! Dirt in every corner of the common area and the room, no service of any kind for three days. Grubby bed base longer and wider than the mattress on it. No security. Very noisy on the street side.
- This place is really old and run down. Shower pressure is more a trickle than a stream. AC is loud. Bed is hard. I know it’s cheap, but you can probably do better than staying here.

-Price.-Location in town near nightmarket, trainstation, morningmarket.-Clean enough.-Room is big.
Cheap room booked with promotion: However, it feels that you just get a cheap room, not a promotion from 770 baht to about 380 baht. I dont mind a cheap room, but don't mention the promotion! 4th floor is hottest, old and not refurbished or repainted. 2nd floor looks better.(Airconditioner not working, hot water shower not working, no floormat out of shower area)
Near clock tower and middle of city.
Very old place, poor facilities and dirty toilet.
Value for money if the above concerns are addressed .Nice large room and good hot shower .Wifi worked in the reception area but did not work on the 2nd or 3rd floor .
The wifi did not work on the 3rd floor. The air conditioning could not be adjusted from the room and was only adequate, took about 2 hours to get to a comfortable temperature.
