Coffee shop , friendly, helpful staff

The room was new and very clean. They provided free bottles of water in room and at the reception. The staffs are friendly and helpful. There were a lot of parking lots which was very convenient.There were a few things that we don't like. First the room walls are very thin.You can hear when the guests next room are talking or walking. Unfortunately during our stay, some guests made a very lound noise at 2 AM which was very disturbing. I wouldn't recommend this place if you are light sleeper. Second, there was no in room water heater so we cannot adjust water temperature. The last thing was the bed was hard and not very comfortable. Overall it was OK at this price. However, I found that walk-in price was a bit cheaper than in booking.com.

Everything! Extra clean room. Super comfy bed. Smart tv. Extra clean bathroom. Staff was super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in for its price range and room type.The staff were very friendly and polite. Unlimited water refills at no extra charge was very helpful. Location not far from local eateries (not the tourist traps). I would stay again.

No power points near bedside, no bedside tables. No power point in bathroom. Shower pressure from the overhead shower could be stronger. The pressure from the shower phone was amazing but only cold - I think this was for cleaning purposes - which confused us at first as we thought it would be linked to the overhead shower like most hotels.Had the corner room on th second floor, for two of the three nights there was some kind of machine that sounded like a pump or generator outside that was quite loud that ran for a couple of hours - luckily I had ear plugs.

I love this hotel so much, just everything is so perfect! Very clean, very bright, big space, private parking, next to the laundry shop, big C, 7-11, and local market. I would give it 11 out of 10 if possible.

Nice and clean. The bed is so comfy, the ac is great they installed a quality one, not noisy at all. Staffs very helpful and friendly.

The room is not soundproof. You can hear everything from the corridor it’s very disturbing in early morning.

We have few days traveling in Trang where we booked on the hotel. Hotel is in the minimal style and clean. staffs were friendly and very helpful. My friend very enjoy it while we staying at the hotel.

Just some noise the night during the stay but can be accepted as the hotel is located near the main road. but the main entrance for car, you have to drive to alley from the main road.

the environment is clean and convenient. Mineral water is free.

Very clean room and nice location. The good thing is that they provide free mineral water for guest to take at lobby. Free snacks for special occasion.

The facilities is not good, although everything is clean.The heater was suddenly too cold or too hot, and water pressure is not good.

I really don't have any negative points.

It is a very central hotel in the town with many shops and a supermarket in the surrounding area.
