- Fantastic location right on the quiet part of the beach. The staff were great and breakfast was delicious
- Quiet place close to a beautiful beach
- Beautifully decorated cabins in the older style. Location is secluded, and very quiet. The staff were exceptional, arranging everything and solving problems. You can go for long walks on the beach and hardly meet anyone. Mr Saliya organised a sunrise trip to Kalemitya Bird Sanctuary which we highly recommend. We also saw turtles on the beach - very special. Breakfasts were delicious, we chose the Sri Lankan options and the coffee was great! Swimming nearby: there is a Rockpool about 10 minutes walk away that is safe to swim, otherwise very dangerous. We went to to Silent Beach by tuk tuk one day (20 minutes) and it was a good safe spot for swimming. We also ate some delicious meals at nearby Mamas Kitchen- only a 10 minute walk away. We were very sad to leave as the staff were so very kind and attentive.
