Location -good

I was not given the standard villa which I booked. instead they proposed different room for lower price

Staff flexibility and the hot water provided perfect.

Cleanliness needs to improve.

Our stay in Green Valley was memorable. It's close to Haputale and the main attractions and waterfalls. There is a bus stand just right in front of the hotel. There are nice and affordable rooms in the jungle. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. The food was awesome as well.

Staff and the manager was very friendly and supportive. Location and the climate was very good.

Not recommended at all. Bugs in beds and stained bed sheets

Worst staff. Room was not even swept till we arrive. Dust in beds and everywhere. Stains in every bed sheet. Asked the staff for some fresh bed sheets. Gave ones with even worse sheets. looks like blood stains idk?. Ants in beds. See pictures for yourself. Staff knows nothing. Always have to call owner for every little thing. They even got ahold of my ID and insisted giving another room after saying I’m leaving. Gave the ID only after I promised i will not call the owner about this. Never stayed in this place after seeing all these. Went to Haputale town and found a good place instead.

It is located close to Haputale and the Pekoe Trail and Ioga is a great manager with a kind heart

A little bit too wild and wet, but otherwise very natural.

More space with two bathrooms

No staff for service. No positive response for booking.com bookings. Even owner doesn't know about the boking till we arrives and call him.

Very pleasant stay, so quiet and relaxing, nice location, and amazing friendly staff, always smiling and very helpful. Totally recommended.

Stuff are nice, manager has very good hearthThey're very welcoming. Place is calm and slince. Little far from the town.

They can take care of the toilets better

The staff was lovely! they were very polite and welcoming, we were received with tea and clean towels! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, we were accompanied by monkeys and lots of fruits and tea

Given the climate of the area, people should be aware that the buildings are extremely humid and the fabrics and bed get a bit damp and the walls moldy so allergic people be aware.

The place was really nice .. . The owner was kind enough to find a smal bed the baby. We booked a vila .since there was no one in the bungalow the owner moved us there which is what we call a great customer service.

The only issue was the mosquitoes. Net should have been available for all. Hear a lot a sound from the roofs when there is a heavy wind.

No facilities here, food also and no nearby shops here It's too far. Tourist places not nearby here.Bathroom no lock

It was very nice to stay in this hotel, it's in the middle of the nature and close to the road.The manager is very kind, friendly and helpful.We have even extend for one night more because it's so calm and peaceful. Good place for a retreat.

Power cut. There is no power backup there We faced nearly 6 hours of power cut from mid night and lots of troubles to access the lights, charging gadgets and etc.

Evrything! Incredible place in nature in the middle of the jungle, amazing design of room, beautiful surrounding, good cuisine and super friendy and nice stuff !I felt like home, many thanks and I hope to come back ?
