If they had air conditioned rooms it would be nice, but it wasn't bad because of the nice climate.

The best hotel I stayed in Sri Lanka. The rooms were cleaned and properly maintained.The food was fantastic. Every dish was prepared with so much care and perfection. The entire hotel is well built and very neatly maintained. The view was fantastic. The staffs are very friendly and given us excellent guidance to visit nearby places in Belgium.It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

I had such a lovely stay at Landa Holiday House! The rooms are very nice and comfortable and the garden is exquisite! The host speak very well english and the food is also good. I can recommend to stay here for multiple nights.

Beautifully situated, among the jungle and a garden embedded in it. We arrived quite late, but despite this they waited for us and offered us dinner! The caretaker of the facility is a very nice gentleman who cares a lot about the well-being of his guests. The guesthouse is decorated in a uniform style that matches the surroundings. Every detail is thought out. The rooms are spotlessly clean, always with a view of the jungle (some, like ours, also have a balcony). In the morning we had a delicious breakfast - fruit and a chosen form of egg. It was a sufficient portion for us. In addition, coffee / tea / juice. It was wonderful for us to wake up in such surroundings and start the day like this. Although the monkeys jumped on the roof of our building, it was an additional attraction for us. I would like to visit such places more often. Hidden gems with excellent service.

Kettle in the room would have been wonderful

The property is extremely beautiful. Right next to the river and maintained very well. The staff Mr Kamal, Priyankaran and chamara were extremely helpful and great company. The food was exceptional.

The room was well organized and clean. Meals were good.

Balcony, barbecue, tea/coffee maker and a mosquito net was mentioned in the room facilities but didn’t find any. Location is wrong as in the google maps, people look after the hotel was not much friendly. Little bit confused that we got the right room.

The room is big. Hot water available. Food was good. reseved on time.

difficult to find out the place. there were no any proffesional staff. they were wearing like they are at home. there is no table in the room. tv was broken. no heater to make hot water inside the room. there was a 4n but incoming calls only.doors and the windows have small holes inwhich small animals can enter. i personely went outside and check whether someone can look in to the room through those holes. its like a ghost banglow. wort night ever.
