teh car park gates are locked till 8am, i had t o set off to catch le shuttle. Called teh number as no one on reception i was told "nothing we can do we open at 8am!" i insisted that i had to cath the le shuttle and this grumpy woman turns up 10 minutes later from THE HOTEL, moody becasue she has to get up and do her job at 7.30 am! lets be grumpy not teh factthat i culd miss mytrain!

The location.

Very noisy, from early in the morning the cleaning staff would talk between them very loudly. We had to ask them to keep it down as we were trying to sleep/rest. They apologised but started again the next morning as if they were on market place.The rooms are very small and the toilets are against the wall. Impossible to seat straight or even close the door. The only way you can close the door when using the toilet is by seating sideways. The shower wall was dirty, you could see it was not cleaned regularly.

The bathroom is tiny, unable to sit on the toilet comfortably due to where it was positioned. Toilet seat broken and cistern come away from the wall all due to it's positioning. Inconsiderate clients coming in early hours and talking on phone in the corridor. ( not hotels fault).

I can't give a review of the Comfort Hotel as I didn't get to stay there! Previously it had been OK.

Having been able to reserve online, I was phoned 5 minutes later to tell me they didn't have a room. They had booked me into another hotel.... Fast Hotel, which I consider to be of inferior quality. As it was late and I was tired I had no choice but to stay at the Fast Hotel.I had been assured by Comfort Hotel that the price would not be more. The following morning, in spite of the the prices published on the Hotel door, I was told that the prices had gone up and that I had to pay extra!

Convenient for travel

It was a twin room but smelt musty and beds were together like a double with no room to push them apart, had to get in one bed by climbing from the bottom so not ideal.

The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. Comfortable beds. One night is the maximum i would recommend.

The room was tiny for a family of 4. The bathroom was also tiny. The shower was broken so had to hold the shower head, otherwise it kept dropping down.Expensive for what it is.

The outdoors picnic benches

The room was too crowded there was almost no space to walk or leave our suitcases. The toilet was tiny and pretty uncomfortable. The shower was big enough for my 12-year-old son but not for my daughters or myself. The room was pretty warm and there was only 1 fan. As we were on the ground floor sleeping with the window open wasn't an option.

The eclosed parking and the staff friendliness.The complementary coffee and tea were very welcome. The location near the motorway is an added advantage.

The lock of air conditioning on the rooms.No exterior light by the reception area.

No lift!

Comfortable room for an overnight stay on our long drive between the ferry port and our house in SW France. Easy to find and get on and off the motorway quickly.

Rooms are quite small so not sure how comfortable they would be for a longer stay.

The excellent breakfast made up for a lot of other poor things. The staff were polite and helpful.

The hotel we booked on your site was derelict and we were directed to another address about 2 k away. This hotel had our booking. The room was very small and almost completely filled by the bed. It did not help that we had a dog with us, for which we paid, and it was impossible to pass from one side of the room without climbing over the bed. or the dog bed. It was very stuffy and if you opened the window mosquitos came in. The small bathroom smelt of stale urine, although it looked clean. Drain problem, perhaps. I really did not want to use it. Neither of us attempted a shower. The door between the car park and the rooms, which operated on a number code, was extremely difficult to use and it felt like a matter of luck if one got in or out.

Convenient for motorway and tram.

No aircon, no lift, property is in need of a refurbishment. Room was very small.

Room very small.Shower smallest I`ve ever seen.Tea, coffe and sugar, NO milk.Insufficient space between bed and window; bed and shelf.No exterior lighting. Reception and restaurant in separate building. Outer door with electronic locks did not close on its own. Very dark corner so easy for unauthorised access.Had difficulty finding the entrance to the so-called 3* Hotel.

Booked 30-45min before we arrived. We also got a bigger room for the same price. Nice breakfast for a reasonable fee.

It was hard to find a parking spot, they were very narrow. No window room.

The manager was very cheerful and witty, made sure not only us but our dog was comfortable. We spent a long time chatting to him which made it more enjoyable. The restaurant was also open with a good value for money set menu.
